The Research On The Mechanism Of The Technology Property's Value Realizing

Taking the research of technology property's value realizing as the entrance, this paper researches several main contents as follows: Firstly, this paper establishes a theoretic framework for the research of technology property's value realizing which consists of the pricing mechanism, the trading & marketing mechanism, the investing mechanism, the financing mechanism, the motivating mechanism and the ensuring mechanism; Secondly, basing on the tangible and intangible asset's pricing theories and the 3-level value adding of the technology property's value theory, integrating the special qualities of the technology property's value, this paper establishes a 3-level value pricing model system in the pricing mechanism of the technology property's value realizing; Thirdly, the paper put forward the technology property's 3-level value adding theory and the 3-level value adding chain model in the technology property's investing; Fourthly, this paper researches the special functions of the technology property trading market, the operating mechanism, the forming reasons, the operating model, the district's characteristic, the existing main problems, the developing model and the developing strategies of the technology property's market, put forward a triangle operating model of the technology property's market in the research of the technology property's trading & marketing mechanism; Fifthly, basing on the agent theory and the 3-level value adding of the technology property's value theory, the paper put forward the motivating model in the process of technology property's value realizing; Sixthly, in the research of the technology property's financing mechanism, thepaper researches the main ways of the financing and put forward the technology property securitization model.
