This thesis mainly focuses on issues about intercommunication, cooperation ofservice providers, price depreciation and service quality in the field oftelecommunication regulation. Current situation and two cost models ofintercommunication are first analyzed. Then on the basis of game theory anduncertainty theory, the following problems are concerned: price depreciation oftelecommunication departments, evaluation of regulation department totelecommunication service providers and cooperation between service providers.Innovations of this thesis are as follow:The significance and effects of intercommunication cost study as well as itsnecessity for pricing are investigated. Economic analysis models of engineering andfinance are analyzed in detail with emphasis on the basic hypotheses, the mainprocedures and the required data lists of modeling. Then the specific implementationscheme is proposed which are suit for our country.Two-person trust game is adopted here to analyze the cooperation between serviceproviders in this field. With the whole utility of both sides reaching the ParetoOptimal, following issues are studied: the best amount of investment for the serviceprovider who has the inclination of successful cooperation, the utility of each providerafter cooperation and the ways of realizing the regulation to the service providersunder cooperation.According to the possibility measuring, credibility measuring and fuzzy expectedvalue operator, three defines of minimax equilibrium strategies which contains fuzzyvariables are proposed. Furthermore, this model is adopted to analyze spitefuldepreciation of telecommunication pricing.Two defines of equilibrium strategies containing fuzzy random variables areproposed by combining correlative stopping game with fuzzy random variables,which is used to analyze the stop time of spiteful depreciation of telecommunicationpricing.Fuzzy variables are combined with AHP which evaluates performances of separatedservice provider. With fuzzy simulation, the AHP of fuzzy variable is put forwardwhich proved to be an exact and easy-handle evaluating method.
