The In-between Organization And The Evolvement Of Chinese Financial Organization

There are different adjusting methods concerning economic activity. In the domain of economic research, scholars mostly pay attention to market modulation named "invisible hands"; by contraries, organizational theory is keen on hierarchic modulation named "visible hands". They consider that lots of bargaining belongs to market modulation or hierarchic modulation. In fact, there is no clear borderline between market and enterprise. The in-between organization in the middle of pure-market and pure-hierarchy is the most universal organization form including subcontract organization, company group, virtual company, strategic alliance, in-chain manage, and so on. Although researchers studied many discrete forms of in-between organization, they had not put forward persuasion answers for the nature of in-between organization and relationship of in-between organization and pure-market or pure-hierarchy.The thesis mainly studies the following basic problems. These problems include that how to differentiate the nature of economic organization, how to differentiate the nature of in-between organization, the relationship of economic organization and in-between organization, why economic organization evolve from pure-market or pure-hierarchy to in-between organization, what the logic path about evolvement of China financial organization.The basic viewpoints of the thesis are that the nature of economic organization should be on basis of administrative modulation, hierarchical modulation, market modulation and cooperating modulation; form of in-between organization is due to cooperating modulation appearing inside and inter-side enterprises; different combination of cooperating modulation and market modulation could interpret evolving logic course from clusters, subcontract organization, strategic alliance to network organization; different combination of cooperating modulation and hierarchical modulation could interpret evolving logic course from "L" company, "U", "M", "H" to "N".
