Most research about entrepreneurship incentive fasten on theory about principal-agent and incentive from compensation. Therefore it can pad vacancy in theoretics and enrich incentive theory that we research how control power incentives entrepreneurship. We research helps to enterprise's reform and consummating modernistic enterprise institutionalist.Entrepreneurship' needs have complexity and exclusive. Entrepreneurship consumingly requires power, status and good report. Control power will bring income about power, status, good report and perks.and bigger power,more income. no power,no income.So control power is one of incentive factors.Entrepreneurship' use comprise two parts:use from compensation and use from control power. In Chinese, entrepreneurship' compensation is low,but majority of managers want to obtain the position.The reason is that entrepreneurship gain the use of control power going with compensation, thus total use is on equilibrium level. And then income from control power can substitute the compensation.This article research incentive about control power. It content comprise five parts.Firstly,this article researched meanings of control power and characteristic of income from control power. We analyze entrepreneurship' need and function of use, and find that control power and its income are important one of entrepreneurship' need.And we also discuss forms of control power income and incentive logic of control power.Secondly, we research relation between control power and entrepreneurship characteristic to find pullulation rule. Therefor we combine entrepreneurship ability with entrepreneurship incentive to found a career model,because ability and incentive change with entrepreneurship age.Then we put forward four hypothesizes based on the model, and tested the hypothesizes making use of opening information.Empirical research find that there is a positive relation between size of enterprise and age of entrepreneurship.Thirdly, we saw about entrepreneurship's incentive from compensation though the theories of human capital and incentive compatibility.
