Entering the medium or late development period, most oilfields must face sometechnique, economy and politics problems now. How to keep steady production tosatisfy the need of nation economy development for petroleum yield, how to makeproduction program according to the dynamic transformation regulation of oil fileditself, and how to acquire the maximum yield with the lowest cost to seek oilfieldprofit maximize, are the problems to face and solve for production engineeringprogramming.To further perfect the theory and its application of production engineeringprogramming, this dissertation has discussed the correlation theory from severalaspects, such as forecast, programming, overall evaluation, economic evaluation, andhas applied theories to oilfield practices. The main works are as follows:Studying the basic statistic regulation of the oil-gas dynamic system applyingsystem theory, and associating with the general structure characteristics of the system,this dissertation has systematically investigated nearly many processes and factorsinvolved in production engineering programming, and summarized a set of theoriesand methods for production engineering programming.According to the request of production engineering programming, thisdissertation has adopted some methods, such as Weng cycle method, water floodingcurve method, logistic method, fuzzy theory, gray theory and artificial neural network,to set up the input-output relationship between the production engineering correlationindexes based on oilfield history data, and then researched oilfield dynamic predictionproblems.Associating with oilfield practice, this dissertation has established productionengineering programming model, and has studied the calculation methods ofprogramming model. Based on the measure well numbers derived from theoptimization model, this dissertation has carried on the troop, equipment andconstruction programming according to related standard and oilfield practice.This dissertation has carried on scientific evaluation on the economic benefit ofthe measures of increasing oil well production, and has applied fuzzy weightedclustering analysis method, gray multiple objective decision and artificial neuralnetwork to overall evaluate the measure programming programs. Given evaluationmethods can fully consider the experiences and the thought modes of experts, lowerthe non-determinacy during evaluation process and realize the higher efficiency ofproblem solving.Studied computer aided decision-making software system on productionengineering programming which system has strong operability and commonality, andrealized the transformation from qualitative operation to quantitative analysis forprogramming. The software system can enhance the comparability, economicalefficiency, and science quality of programming. Then, this dissertation worked outproduction engineering programming schemes applying the software system.
