Since more than 20 years of reforming and opening up to the world, the gas trade ofour country gets high-speed development. This research regards structuring our country'scompetitiveness of gas enterprise as a goal, have a study on the key strategy elements suchas human capital value, financing mode selection, merge and expand of gas enterprisescompetition systematically. The main research content of this paper includes:Chapter one, introduction. Have carried on the theory retrospect of the relevantstrategy and competitiveness concerned.Chapter two, the experience and enlightenment of the development of foreign gasenterprises. Aim at observing that manages development model of the hugetrans-corporation of the gas and competition strategy. Can find out, the improvement ofthe competitiveness of gas enterprise can not only depend on the enterprise's own strengthin experience of developing the gas enterprise from foreign country, Must depend on thejoint efforts of three of enterprise, government and social masses.Chapter three, analysis on the competition environment of our country's gasmarketing. Proceed with our country's gas market competition pattern;analyze the presentmarket competition situation of gas of our country. Secondly, increase the situation topredict with the electricity with the gas to the thing that our country live.Chapter four, the manpower capital is to promoting the function of thecompetitiveness of gas enterprise. Have studied the effective manpower capital andmanage the mechanism of transmitting while forming with the enterprise keycompetitiveness at first. Secondly, structure the manpower capital and measure andappraise the new mode.
