In today's knowledge-based economy, human capital has become the first capital of the enterprises and plays a critical role in the fierce competition to obtain the growth and development. As the only way to obtain and upgrade their human capital investment, human capital has become an integral part of business investment activity. The relation of human capital investment and enterprise earnings becomes important base to invest for companies. However, theory on investment is also not perfect, especially there are many problems and some degree of limitations in practices in human capital investment. Therefore, further reveal the behavior of enterprise human capital investment inherent laws in correlation of human capital investment and enterprise earnings, rich application and research in human capital investment, help businesses to find the focus area of investment, improve human capital investment income, which will have some theoretical value, economic significance and practical significance.Based on research in the theory of human capital investment and the tools or models in human capital investment income analysis, corporating with the historical behavior in human capital investment of XX enterprise the characteristics of human capital investment are summarized human capital investment activities are classified in two kinds of dimensions. Secondly, in the height of long-term survival and development, introduces econometric methodology and related tools, analyzed the correlations of the enterprise's total investment in human capital and company earnings, as well as relevance of the different kinds of human capital investment and corporate earnings, tries to construct the corresponding regression model, based on which to reveal the relations of human capital investment and business income, and chooses critical aspects in investment in human capital. Standardized research methods are used to provide the related advice in investment in human capital "should be how to do". Finally, building human resources scorecard to measure the performance of the enterprise human resources management, improving their human capital investment income, and fourthly putting forward an effective measures to avoid the risks in investment in human capital, finally helping the business to avoid investment risk and get maximize return.
