Analysis And Construction: Corporate Values ​​interpretation

With the development of the economical globalization, the enterprise has become more and more important. As the core and soul of a enterprise,the enterprise values plays a crucial role in the development of enterprise. Any enterprise that aims at a long-term development should pay more attention to the inquiry for enterprise values. At the same time, the development and deepening of the value theory has made possible the systemic investigations of enterprise values.This dissertation seeks to find the intrinsic rules in the development of enterprise values and its significance to value theory in general. The discussion includes two main aspects, that's, the interpretation of and construction of enterprise values.As to the former aspect, this dissertation focuses on the fundamental connotation, the primary contents, and also on significance of the study of enterprise values and the latest progress in this field. Then author's main views and investigating approaches will be brought forward. The structure of enterprise values is interpreted by the analysis on its content structure and subject structure. According to the understanding of the notion of value that is both economical and philosophical, this dissertation claims that the enterprise values is the integration of the two aspects. It follows that the construction of enterprise values is of great importance for uniting these two levers of meaning of value.With respect to the latter aspect, beginning with an account of the development of enterprise values in the process of national enterprise reform, this dissertation discusses the basic principle, main contents and the actualizing mode of the construction of enterprise values, with reference to the excellent enterprises'experiences both at home and abroad. The development of national enterprise values can be divided into three phases and there exist four main problems in the construction of national enterprise values. Then, the author attempts to give a summary of the positive experiences from both foreign and domestic excellent enterprises in value construction, which may be supposed to be examples for the construction of enterprise values in our country. According to the author, the fundamental principles in the construction of enterprise values should be as follows: the unification of the economic benefits and social responsibility, that of the efficiency-priority principle and the justice principle, that of the ideal goals and the actual development, and that of orientating to domestic development and facing to global markets. The main goal of the construction of enterprise values is to cultivate such ideas as manpower capital, enterprise innovation, scientific management, unbidden working, global marketing and enterprise cultural identity. Based on the discussion above mentioned, this dissertation specifically points out the function of the entrepreneur and entrepreneur spirit in the construction of enterprise values, and some advice is given also on how to foster our own entrepreneur. On the basis of the arguments above, the dissertation discusses the role that three core ideas in enterprise values play in the development of values in general, and an understanding of human nature is also brought forward.The purposes of this can be summarized as two: one is, theoretically, to investigate the enterprise values in a systematic way so as to push forward the study of value theory and supposedly invite more theoretical reflection on value; The other is, practically, to seek to interpret and construct enterprise values so that our national enterprises could make use of them to further their value construction and resolve some practical problems.
