The topic of this paper is the firm instituion, including the theory on which the firm institutional evolution is based, history and tendency of the firm institutional evolution, involved background and necessary policy proposal. It is imposible to complete this work sufficiently in the paper due to the limitation of its length, so the paper only presents a outling of the firm institutional evolution. After a plenty of researches, the author finds that none but Marxist enterprise theory can expose the objective rule of the firm institutional evolution logetically and historily, so a analytical framework and application based on Marxist paradigm is choosed as a subhead in the paper.The content of the paper is divided into two main parts except chapter 1 which is introduction, including 5 chapters in all.Chapter 1 explores the attitude on social science, introduces the research paradigm and creed, and prensnts some questions which are involved in the paper.As a theorical part, part 1 is composed of two chapters. In this part, auther constructs a analytical framework on Maxism by re-examing Marxist paradigm and reviewing western modern enterprise theory critically.Part 2 is also composed of two chapters. In this part, author wants to expose the rule of evolution of firm institutional by exploring the origion of firm institution, history of evolution, and modern stitution, while examines the analytical framework of the firm institutional evolution which is shown in previous part, then a conclusion is Maxist paradigm is an andvanced research creed is gained.â… Chapter 1 discusses the atitude on the opposed theory system. With four representative case, author tilts the viewpoint that Maxism has been out of date, then puts forwad an own viewpoint which attitude on all civilization works must be scientific. Scientific attitude runs through the paper as a research base. Secondly, two crucial concepts of the paper are probed into: paradigm and research creed. with the introduction of the concepts, author also introduce and define three involved paradigm, which are the basic premises of the paper, Maxism, new institutional economics and neoclassical economics.
