Study Of Theory And Method On Some Problems In Group Decision-making

Group decision making is an important branch in decision making. With the development of society, the progress of technology, and crossover of more subjects, the problems people confronting with become more and more complicated, which are involved with more fields. Many problems can not be solved through individual decision making, but they can be finished only through depending on group's intelligence. Therefore, the research on group decision making is drawing people's attention in recent years, becoming the hotspot and front edge. Although some substantial achievement have been made in the field of group decision making in recent years, the integrated frame system about group decision making has not been shaped which is due to the peculiarity of group decision making such as complicated problems, more decision-makers, un-structural process, the integration of the processing methods and the un-experimental project, etc. There are so many facets in group decision making which need to be further researched and enriched. There are so many uncertain problems in the researching process of group decision making due to its peculiarities. Some uncertain problems were studies in the following aspects:(1) Analyzing the consistency problem about experts'judgment, putting forward the method of constructing consistency judgment matrix through the analyzing on sequence relationship, emphasizing on introducing the simple,practical method in the field of decision making and evaluation, that is G1 method.
