To meet the demand of practice, thorough study on sources of value and value creation has now become an important problem for discussion in management. The growing of an enterprise lies on the creation and realization of value, which is the most essential factor that helps the enterprise to survive in the cruel market competition and achieve continuous development. Accordingly, to establish systematic and value-creation-centered management and to estimate an enterprise's managing achievement with value so as to create "ever-living" corporations is the ultimate goals of enterprise's development. With the guidance of economics, management science, organization theory, strategic theory and knowledge theories, this paper conducts a thorough study on the problem of the enterprise value and value creation by using both the qualitative and quantitative means, combining theories and practice together. It makes systematic research and analysis into the essential meaning of the enterprise value and the tactic plan of value creation, the methods and the important influential factors that contribute to the increase of the enterprise value. The ultimate goal of this paper is to provide valuable theoretical references for enterprises' value creation in practice in this knowledge economy. The paper is made up of the following ten parts:1. Introduction. Giving an overview and summary of international researches in value theories, this part explains the background and sense of the article. Based on the above, it also draws out the analysis framework and methodology of full text.2. The enterprise value and analysis of the enterprise value. From the angle of the commodity feature of the enterprise, in this part, the author dose thorough research on the connotation and characteristics of the enterprise value, providing analysis of contract theory and systematic theory. The author puts forward the existing cycle and hyper cycle in value creation of the enterprise, and analyzes the drivers of the value. Additionally, the analysis and estimation methods of the enterprise value-creation achievement and the enterprise value are briefly explained.3.
