Reconstruction Of Enterprise Bankruptcy System

Operation failure is becoming a common phenomenon; hence the efficient bankruptcy system serves as an important part of healthy and sustainable economic development. Based on the guidance of Marxism economic theory, the logical starting point of existing achievements, the basic theory of enterprise bankruptcy and the contingent governance theory of enterprise, this paper focuses on discussion and examination of enterprise bankruptcy system. By adopting an approach which combines with the normative research and empirical research, the quantitive analysis and qualitative analysis, and the overall application of various analytical tools like game theory and regression analysis, the related theories of institutional economics, management, law and sociology, this article explicates and explores systematically the theoretical mode and system of enterprise contingent governance , the interest game among contingent governance subjects and mode design in the process of enterprise bankruptcy, and the institutional examination of domestic bankruptcy system of enterprise and the direction of reform etc.Based on the framework of contingent governance of enterprise, the objective of the article is designed to test and find out defects and limitations of traditional enterprise bankruptcy system, which provides evidences and references to the reorganization direction of domestic enterprise bankruptcy system by investigating and deconstructing the efficiency of bankruptcy system under contingent governance's framework.The basic clue of this article is as follows: firstly, in the light of literature summary, we point out the limitations of existing studies that investigation of enterprise bankruptcy is seldom put in a complete fresh perspective (contingent governance).
