With the quick development of information technology and economic globalization, the management mode regarding product and production as center has not fit in with the need of modern market competition, and has been replaced with the supply chain management viewing customers' demand as the central point. Under supply chain management, individual firm no longer competes as an independent entity, but rather as an integral part of supply chain linkage. The competence of supply chain management is embodied in the customers' service level, responsiveness of the customers' demand, and operation cost, and so on.In supply chain, purchase system is the most important linkage, witch is not only the sign to measure the level of supply chain management, but also is the most key factor to determine the competition capability of supply chain. Under supply chain management, the disadvantage of traditional purchase mode appears gradually, and the non-cooperation relation between vendors and buyers in traditional purchase system has greatly restricted the setup of supply chain and development of competences for the supply chain. Thus, the supplier's selection and order quantity allocation problem study for purchase system become important for both theoretical research and practical application. This dissertation takes vendor evaluation, vendor selection and optimal allocation of order quantity as the research objects. The main research works are as follows.(1) Research on the problem of vendor selection(VSP) based upon the fuzzy group decision making under supply chain management. At first, an index system is setup, and then, a composite evaluation approach consisting of FAHP and the fuzzy group decision making is presented.(2) Research on the mixed multi-attribute decision making model for VSP under supply chain management. At first, the index system including ten criteria is established. Then, according to the incomplete information, two mixed multi-attribute decision making models for VSP are presented, which is respectively based on TOPSIS and the optimal membership.(3) Research on the interval number decision making model based on the optimal membership for VSP under supply chain management. Firstly, calculating approaches for subjective and objective weights, as well as combined weights are...
