Nowadays, the chain operation and the distribution center have progressed with each passing day, and the number of chain stores and distribution centers has been rapidly rising. On this background, how to scientifically and effectively locate chain stores and choose supplying distribution center is the key of affecting chain enterprises'development. Therefore, this paper carries on the joint decision-making research of chain store location and distribution center selection basing on fuzzy programming method.Basing on the related theories of supply chain management, location and distribution center, this paper studies the whole system composed by chain stores and distribution centers, and thus analyzes their relationship and the cost-profit relationship. After comparing the domestic and overseas related literatures, this paper builds a fuzzy multi-objective mixed integer programming model, in which profit, due date and quality are objective functions. As to profit objective function, inventory cost, transportation cost, daily operation cost and depreciation cost are considered; in other objective functions and constraint functions, the distribution centers'service level and flexibility are considered to fit the practical situation and thus put forward the model's solving strategy. During the model's solving process, F-AHP method is introduced to set different objective's weight. At last, the paper uses simulation example to verify the model's validity.By mathematical research, the paper provides an effective method to solve the joint decision-making problem of chain store location and distribution center selection, and it has important practical meanings for the development of chain operation industry.
