The Mainland China adopted gradually industrial reform and open-door policy in the late 1970s and early 1980s. At that time, the whole country and domestic area are firstly emerged and focused on a competitive producer of labor-intensive products for domestic demand. In recent decade, China developed economics with all the efforts and it became one of the most potential markets in the word. Most importantly, it continually drives itself to be the same competing fields as some of the most developed markets in the world. Furthermore, it is possible that the China cooperates with the regional economic system in South-east Asia, and forms a situation that the new economic and trade union is tripartite balance of forces with European Union (EU) and North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Besides, under the China government blend the macro-economic policy in 2005, it is highly with restrict the investment in coastal cities with labor's intensive industry; Taiwan-base manufacturers investing China are getting less cause to the wage of labors. In the other hand, the Taiwan-base logistic industries, such as 3C logistics, rely on the service and trading industries resulted from the China government policies, such as the expanding domestic demand, numerous technological manpower, modem network facilities with lots of advantages,…. etc. to deep plough gradually and these make 3C Taiwan-base investors increase sharply. These potentials and competitive advantages can be used to explain why it can attract 3C Taiwan-base firms to invest. Many investors believe that they will make much benefit from the trickle-down effects of China government policy which is believed that the vast market of 1.3 billion populations will bring the investment progressively for the Taiwan-base 3C firms and promote these enterprises to grow up. Amidst these widespread deliberations over China's rise as an economic giant, Taiwan-based 3C firms had better think over what kinds of the investment of strategies, entry mode and risk analysis that they should be chosen.
