After over 20 years' Reform and Opening up, private economy has become the important component of our national economy. At present, two thirds of pulling power for our economic growth is derived from non-state-owned economy. Private economy with foreign economy and shareholding economy together are major non-public economic power pushing the national economy to grow continuously. Private enterprises has become the main body composing our enterprises' system. They are playing significant role on expanding employment, stimulating technological innovation, industrial restructuring and promoting regional economic balance, etc.In recent years, unceasing reports about some private entrepreneurs' failure experience by medium and investigation on their original sin made private entrepreneurs the focus in society. Among the private entrepreneurs, some of them are venturing, others are facing enterprises' overall transition after completing original capital accumulation on the whole. During the vital periods, private entrepreneurs' behavior is very essential. Nearly 2 or 3 years, many private entrepreneurs have encountered difficulties or died of uncertain incidents. Private entrepreneurs are confronted with survival crisis at the creating stage in the period of our society's transition. Our country's capital flight is up to 40～50 billion US dollars every year.As we all known, our country's market potential is very large and there are many opportunities for enterprises, so unless in extreme cases, private entrepreneurs will not choose to half run while their career development is appearing...
