Study On Local Government Behavior In China Western Private Economy's Development

In recent years, under the support of central government and local government, the western private economy developing quickly by itself, and has played more and more important part in the district economy development. After joining the WTO and practicing all-directions open strategy, it makes an important meaning for the local government to promote western private economy's development. Though local government gave an aggressive government behavior to promote western private economy development, it also make western private economy developing speed and scales promote continuously, which obtained to show a good result. However comparing the law environment, administration environment, financing environment, tax environment, the basic environment and the socialization service system environment condition of eastern private economy with those of western private economy, we can see that the western private economy's development is facing many bottlenecks.
