Constructing a strong urban agglomeration is the key to win the drastic competition in the global economic integration in this century.After reform and opening up, super-large-scale urban agglomeration in our country, such as the Yangtze Delta area, the Pearl River Delta area, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and so on, have become the advanced region in the development of social economy in our country, and they are of great importance in domestic economy and social development. The economy increases quickly in these regions, and the connection of human resource flow, logistics, information flow, currency flow between region and region, region and city, city and city, city and country is frequent and close gradually. Although, the internal structure and economy connection of the urban agglomeration does not reach the required degree and level of the sound city system. Nevertheless, comparing with the top 5 urban agglomeration in the world, it is hard to be mentioned in the same breath with those 5 urban agglomeration. The main reason is that the same tendency of the industry structure is very high in the region, and most of these industries have a high degree in back direction connection. It reflects that there is much more competition but less mutual compensation in urban agglomeration.
