The stock banks have entered into the second establishment stage after the rapid growth in the earlier stage and their defect of"inborn weakness"have become obvious gradually, which produce and hide a lot of risk in the process of operation and the condition of risk control should not be optimistic. As one of the important component of Chinese banking, its risk control plays a significant part on the healthy development of the whole banking and even the national economy. Whereas, at present, the research aiming at the risk control in the stock commercial banks is not enough.In order to realize the steady and rapid development, facing the new competition environment, the stock bank must pay more attention to the risk control than before and improve the risk internal control system of the harmonious and balanced system. The bank supervise department should use the motivated and compatible theory as the guide, turn the reasonable program management to the risk supervise management, draw up the individual supervise scheme and carry out the supervise according to the classification. Through the organic combination of internal control and external supervise, it can form the join force of risk control to make the stock commercial bank realize the operation of maximum profit in the prerequisite of risk can be controlled. The major contribution of this thesis composes three aspects:First,internal control system is the fire wall of the commercial banks resisting risk. Strengthening the harmonious and balanced system is the important measure and means of improving the ability of the risk precaution of commercial bank. The company administration structure is the important internal control, scientific risk management system is the important means to realize the internal control. This thesis constructs the company administration structure and the risk management frame.
