Nowadays, logistics has become more and more important in the society,the evolution of logistics industry is the result of deepened labor-division, and it is also a dynamic process. Doers can accumulate upper sense knowledge and information level step by step in their specialization field, after adopting labor-division pattern, so their productivity approach to the best. As the time the doer stayed in this field is increasing, he may achieve promotion of productivity at the same time.Using labor-division theory to analyze the evolution of Chinese logistics industry,at the beginning of logistics industry, each corporation adopts autarkic quomodo, But as the promotion of production and management technical level , the competition become stinging and the benefit become somall, the corporation began to turn around to change frame of corporation inner division, actualize rewards increasing by degrees brought by specialization. When the inner division comes to some extent, because of the restriction of the restriction outskirts, the labor-division of the enterprise is become balanced. In order the break the balance, the corporation needs open its inner division to outer market to promote specialization-division efficiency productivity.As the core competition becomes important increasingly the corporation turns to focus on cooperation with backward position enterprises, promoting production efficiency in terms of deepening the division of all the enterprise in the chain. At the some time, the logistic enterprise promote the level of specialization and the productivity by disassemble the logistic to the out side market.The distance brings difficult to the trade. The enterprise must use a lot of fee of transport and communication to find accompanier and get the imformation of the price.The base of International Trade's theory-comparative advantage theory is just based on the hypothesis of trade expense becomes zero, the effect of logistics industry labor-division is the saving of trade charge and transport cost, the evolutional process of logistics industry labor-division is just about the depressed process of International Trade exchange charge and transport cost, the depressed trade charge and transport cost make practical economy condition approach to comparative advantage theory that the hypothesis of trade charge and transport cost become zero, consequently improving the number and sort of the commodity, achieving the growth of International Trade.Logistics labor-division is also through function mechanism to promote international trade, Logistics labor-division firstly accelerate the creation of scale economy and internationalization production, and then through scale economy and internationalization production to promote the growth of international trade, scale economy provides necessary condition for international trade. Scale economy takes labor-division efficiency,appropriative assets and open market. When market is restricted by the level of logistics development and exist market division, duo to the restriction of market capability, labor-division unable embed, scale economy also unable come true. To break such equilibrium, we need depend on the extension of market to deepen labor-division more, advance the level of specialization labor-division, thereby, carry out scale economy. However, as restricted by the level of logistics development market capability is restricted in relative lesser market capability, the size of market capability lies on equilibrium point of the production cost,trade charge and transport cost are equal to the price of same kind commodity, corporation unable gain scale economy brought by big market, as the level of the logistics development is increasing, market capability extends continuously, thereby specialization level is exalted more, and bring the development of scale economy and international trade. However, in the actuality some industries are in the phase of industry labor-division, and some of them are in the phase of industry inside labor-division, logistics labor-division may promote the scope of production internationalization,decentralization,trade perpendicularity, discussing logistics labor-division promotes international trade through production internationalization. The conception of Uprightness specialization makes us notice that in the realistic world the related industry involved in product is composed of numerous production tache and procedure, is a value increment chain actually, the geography distributing extent of this chain is decided by outside trade charge logistics cost of international trade. Firstly, discussed the shortcoming of analyse of the international trade by costateeconomic, the economist gaian same new conclusion by analyzing some institutional factor neglected by the costate economist. The cost of trade is important part of the the comparative advantage.the paper analyse the international trade by quote the new system economics and introduce the application of the new system economics to the international trade by theory of trade cost and comparative advantage. The process of the logistics labor-division is the process of the reduction of the trade cost in the international trade. the depressed trade charge and transport cost make practical economy condition approach to comparative advantage theory that the hypothesis of trade charge and transport cost become zero, consequently improving the number and sort of the commodity, achieving the growth of International Trade. The paper divided the influence of the logistics to the international trade into the direct mechanism and the indirect mechanism. The labor-division of the logistics can promote the international trade by reducing the trade cost and the transport cost directly. And it also can promote the international trade by dimensions economy and international production indirectly.This paper not only analyse the relationship between modern logistics and international trade in theory, but also quantificationally discuss the influence of logistics'development upon international trade, handling Chinese economic date in 1978-2003 and according to computation economic former to do demonstration analysis of the relationship between logistics and international trade. And we gain some significative result. Logistics'influence coefficient upon international trade is 0.0471 in direct effect mechanism, logistics adds one unit ,international trade will add 4,710,000dollars,, the development of logistics directly reduce the trade fee and transport cost in international trade, and directly add international trade sum. Stimulative effect of production internationalizational on international trade is 0.0133, through the scale economy the stimulative effect is 0.172. It indicates that logistics labor-division indirect effect on international trade, logistics adds one unit, international trade adds 1,330,000 dollars and 17,200,000 dollars, the total effect of logistics adding one unit on international trade is 23,300,000 dollars. In terms of this, We suggest that through vigorously developing modern logistics, we can reduce trade fee and transport cost in international trade so we can increase the sort and number of commodity that could be traded; or through scale economy and internationalization production indirectly to achieve the growth of international trade。Demonstration result indicate that the promoting effect of indirect function mechanism on trade is much more notability. Comparative advantage theory possesses the function of headstone in international trade theory doubtless, but to accord with up-to-date trade nicely, we must correspondingly expand in meaning and extension. The stimulative effect of logistics on trade through scale economy and internationalization production is just the result of comparative advantage's function. Demonstration result reflects the headstone effect of comparative advantage from side.
