Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the main natural body of market economy, they are important component of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, they play an irreplaceable role in economic and social development. However, both the practical and theoretical study of SMEs are unsatisfactory. This article will study the general principles and process of Chinese SMEs in a broader perspective, to ensure the China's SMEs play a more effective role in the process of economic development.As the object of this study, we must use multidisciplinary integration method. In this paper, not only using economics, sociology, management, organizational behavior, sociology psychology, physics, ecology and other subjects theory and methods, but also using dialectics, system dynamics, Synergetes, the complex nature of the subjects of scientific theory, self-organization, Game theory on the evolution of modern methods, to research this issue.This paper studies the general principles and the process of the evolution of individual SMEs, including the evolution of the SME internal causes, external environmental conditions, evolution mechanism , the evolution of risk, innovation evolution , etc.. SMEs are complicated and dynamic nature self-organization system which have dissipation characteristic. Entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial culture, the demand of evolution, corporate ownership and governance structures are the inner motivation of evolution, the nonlinear interaction of these factors will produce the evolution dynamic capabilities.Enterprises System want to survival and evolution, it must exchange the material, information and energy with the outside, so it will be effected by the external environment, and interact each other. the external factors play a role through internal factors. Under the action of the complex and dynamic internal and external factors, the enterprises produce certain fluctuation, promote the enterprise to innovation and to be far from equilibrium when external parameter reaches a critical value, the non-equilibrium phase transition will occur suddenly, enterprise systems change from disorderly state to orderly new state. In the process of evolution, the enterprise shows a particular emergence, forms a certain evolution path, but the evolution of the enterprise is embedded in the various apparent of enterprise evolution mechanisms, including innovative mechanisms, adaptive learning mechanism, incentive and restraint mechanisms, coordination mechanism.Due to the existence of internal ethical issues, there is increasing entropy in enterprise system, SMEs need to continuously reduce the entropy and increase enterprise exergy in the course of his evolution. In order to increase enterprise exergy, enterprises need to build a harmonious corporate culture, enterprises must continuously adjust the structure of ownership...
