Economy form is an important way to describe real economy system, and it's also a significant approach to explain and discover the rule of the economy activities. Especially in the 21th century, "New Economy" or "Knowledge Economy" has raise people's require of the new economy form, which makes the researchers explore the regulation and effect mechanism of the new economy. In the end, "Nominal Economy" became the consensus of opinion and the relationship between the nominal economy and the real economy arises people's attention.Our government made a statement that we should correctly treat with the relationship between the nominal economy and real economy and take it as the most important measure of building Well-off Society in All-round Way. Besides, after the break up of the economic crisis in Southeast Asia, the economy fluctuation with the symbol of frangibility and crisis of the financial department not only brings on the great lost of the real economy and also raises people's attention on the effect mechanism and feedback system of the nominal economy on the real economy. Fourth more, we should give a new understanding and explanation of the conceptions and the effects of the nominal economy and real economy.Therefore, we will analyze and test the relationship of the nominal economy and real economy by using several classical econometrics' models and methods and get some important imperial results.
