Along with the acceleration of the economic globalization at present,fictitious economy is rapidly developing and fictitious assets is quickly expanding. The world economy is undergoing a profound change. It is the form and relationship of fictitious economy and real economy, which make up the system of new modern economic. At the same time, fictitious economy is"tow-side"sword, which benefits economy of these countries on one side, on the other side, the burst of fictitious assets prices leads many countries to economic crises or financial ones. From European currency crisis to financial crisis in Southeast Asia and then to the United States sub-loans (debt) crisis, they are pounding every country even global financial stability and the world's economic security. China's capital market has entered a new stage of development, the fictitious economy and real economy have also become increasingly closer ties. Thus, it is very useful for us to research relationship of the fictitious economy and real economy to control the fictitious economy acting better, in order to achieve the coordinated development between fictitious economy and real economy.Based on the comparative study of the relevant literature and the introduction of the logical analysis method, firstly, this paper has set forth the fictitious economy theory, and then has taken stock market as visual angle to discuss the relationship between fictitious economy and real economy all round; Secondly, Empirical analysis is made to study the relationship between fictitious economy and real economy. By introducing the common used variable indexes representing the stock market and economic growth, we make equation estimation on the relationship of stock market and economic growth. Finally, this paper comes to the conclusion and puts forward policy recommendations.
