Study On The Competitive Mode And Competitive Strategy Of The Construction Enterprises For The Improvement Of The Competitive Ability

Construction is one of the most important industries and it is critical to the healthy and rapid development of economy of our country. Since the entrance of WTO, the construction enterprises have to confront more and more violent competition. In the new competitive environment, the competitive ability is the integrated reflection of the ability of business, management, resource operation and finance of an enterprise. The market and industrial of construction was studied firstly. And then the evaluation system of competition of construction enterprise was studied and an objective evaluation model was put forward. Based on the result of evaluation, the competitive mode competitive strategy of the construction enterprises was studied. Furthermore, the selection of competitive mode and the carrying out of the strategy based on balance score card (BSC) was studied. Finally, the model in this dissertation was certified with an example from Heibei Construction Group. The content of this dissertation was introduced briefly as below.The background and meaning of this dissertation was introduced in the first chapter. And the studied status was analyzed and the content and method was introduced.In the second chapter, the market and development trend of construction industry of our country was studied.In the third chapter, the source of competitive ability of the construction enterprises was studied. An evaluation system of competitive ability was put forward. This evaluation system was the basement for strategy decision of construction enterprise. And then, a clustering model of the construction enterprises based on self-organization mapping (SOM) was put forward.In the fourth chapter of this dissertation, the strategy of different competitive modes was studied based on the analysis of the value chain and value system of construction enterprise. And the strategy of different contract mode was studied deeply.In the fifth chapter, the studied result of this dissertation was applied in Heibei Construction Group. And the strategy mode and carrying method was given a emphasized study.
