| With the increasingly drastic turbulence and uncertainty of the competitive environment, the conflict between the lasting-long strategy and the instability of environments appears. The failure of most enterprises doesn't due to the strategy itself but to the strategy execution and lack of execution competence or weak execution competence has become the bottle-neck of strategy execution. The distance between the outcome and object makes it necessary for theory scholar and enterprise managers to focus on enterprises'strategy execution. But up to now, systematic literatures and documents on strategy execution are still scarce. Although top managers of many enterprises have realized the significance of strategy execution, relevant academic guidance is comparatively rare. Thus systematic study on strategy execution and execution competence is of high realistic and theoretical meanings. Based on the modern management theory and system theory, this thesis had a profound study on the system of strategy execution, the key dimensionalities and evaluation indexes of execution competence, the synergy optimization mechanism of core flows, the emergency mechanism and hierarchical evolving mechanism, etc.The textual main work and innovation points include:Firstly: It analyzed strategic execution from systematic view, defined the boundaries and the elements of the execution system clearly, clarified some current blur cognition about strategy execution and execution competence, and correspondingly established the systematic concept model of strategy execution and execution competence which consists of system input, strategic execution flow, strategic execution sustentation, system output and system environment.Secondly: It brought forward the key dimensionalities of execution competence---the rigidity dimensionality and flexibility dimensionality, and based on the three flow lays of strategy flow, personnel flow and operating flow, set up the evaluation indexes system and measurement model of the key dimensionalities and furthermore made application studies on the index system and measurement model.Thirdly: The relativity structural model between the key dimensionalities of execution competence and execution performance is established based on the method of LISREL. Based on the principle of vector sum, it brought forward the relativity and compositing force concept and model of the dimensionalities-levels of execution competence.Fourthly: Based on the view of platform and integration, after defining and interpreting the concrete contents of the three flows, it explored the dominant logic and mechanism of synergy optimization profoundly from internal integration, integration between flows and integration between the execution system and external environment separately.Fifthly: it presented the concept of execution performance, founded an evaluation indexsystem including the dimensionalities of execution process and execution outcome, attempted to extends the study on measurement methods and motivation mechanism of execution performance and designed a hierarchical optimization model of motivation mechanism.Sixthly: based on the theory of complex adaptive system, it analyzed the complex adaptability of strategic execution system, explored the emergence mechanism of the system from the perspective of scale effect and structure effect and established a concept model of execution system'dynamic evolving. |
