Research On The Enterprise Execution Theory And Innovation

Execution is a new concept with long history connotation. The idea of execution exists for a long time but has been paid much attention by enterprisers and scholars recently. A new research field comes forth. In this dissertation, the execution of enterprises is studied full of explorations. This article aims to search the deep action mechanism of enterprise execution, as well as its influence factors based on the exact hold of connotation and extension of execution. Of course, the measures of improving the execution of enterprises are researched too. The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:Both the connotation and extension of execution are discussed, giving the definition of enterprise execution from different points of view. The difference and relations between execution and current research field of enterprise management are analyzed to clear research directions. The systematic characters of enterprise are discussed, looking upon an enterprise as a complex system. The execution system of enterprise is divided into five sub-systems and the corresponding system analysis is done.The execution of enterprise is disassembled to three layers. Every staff of enterprise is looked on as a Decision Executive Unit—DEU and the execution of every layer is discussed. A DEU decision model considering executive costs is given. The DEU Game Theory when existing conflict of interest is analyzed and comes to some helpful conclusions.The execution of enterprise is systematically studied with multi-agent theory. A Cooperation Model of Execution based on Multi-Agent System—CMEA is proposed and the factors of influencing CMEA are discussed. The cooperative mechanism of enterprise execution based on multi-agent is designed from two aspects.The evaluation of execution is studied from both individual and enterprise. The evaluating index system and method of execution are given, with proposing a three-dimension evaluating model. Also, both the individual and enterprise execution can be evaluated by indexes——Individual Execution Index(IEi) and Enterprise Execution Index(EEi).The factors of influencing enterprise execution are summarized mainly based on the conclusion of modeling research, combining with the practical questionnaire. The idea of Total Execution Management (TEM) is proposed and how to implement TEM in an enterprise is discussed from individual and enterprise aspects.
