This dissertation along a logic track of flexible strategy concept, environment, strategy path, platform, risk and empirical study, making use of the economics, management, option theories and methodologies, analyzes the basic issues such as concept and realistic meanings, after scanning the dynamic environment that corporate face to, explores the main management activity of the corporate flexible strategy in path decision, platform construction and risk control, and finally makes a case study on Hubei Hongcheng General Machinery Stock Corporate Limited.Chapter 1 and charter 2 define the concepts of corporate development strategy, flexibility, strategic flexibility and flexible strategy, reveal the relativities between them, analyze the strategy value of flexibility. Charter 2 explores the thinking track of the dissertation.Chapter 3 makes a research on strategy environment from external and internal areas. Firstly discusses the essentiality and kinds of dynamic environment, secondly proposed that it is necessary to take the perspective of resource flexibility and the degree of strategic change simultaneously, to reveal accurately the relationship between them, the four possible relationships between organizational resources and strategic change are discussed. Finally, constructs an integration management matrix.Charter 4 discusses the corporate flexible strategy path decision. Based on analyzing the Growth Theory, makes a research on the China's corporate flexible strategy path decision, thinking that the selecting of the development strategy path of the enterprise is restricted by the inner competency rigidity and the dynamic environment. This charter analyzes the characteristics of the inner competency rigidity and the dynamic environment, establishes a matrix to select the development strategy path.In essentially the strategy change means a strategy investment. The time decision is the important factor during the strategy change. This charter also analyzes the effect of the strategy buffer, measures the value of the time strategy buffer and analyzes the time decision of the strategy buffer.The development strategy is built based on the strategy platform of the enterprises. Chapter 5 analyzes the significance, the construction and developing path of the strategy platform, puts forward a few suggestion to building the enterprise development strategy platform.Chapter 6 makes a research on the flexible strategy risks and its control, brings up a three-dimension risk control model, studies the real options method of the risk control and prevention.Chapter 7 is an empirical study. The author analyzes the current situations of Hubei Hongcheng General Machinery Stock Corporate Limited, some suggestions of the corporate flexible strategy path decision, platform construction and risk control are put forward.
