In21th Century, with the development of the technology and internet, the competition between enterprises is becoming much fiercer than ever, the traditional competitive advantage is more difficult to maintain the company’s development strategy. The enterprises must continuously adjust operating strategy according to the changes of circumstances and environment. Therefore, every company faces a question:how to find a competitive strategy to keep the strong profitability and sustainable development.SJX Company is typical representative of EMS(Electronics Manufacturing Service) industry, who located in the East China with earlier foundation, medium scale and high-profile. This article is a case study of SJX Company, to analyze the changes of the dynamic environment, strategic elements in recent years of EMS. With the research on its resources and abilities, the article point out the contradiction and limitation between its existing competitive strategy and dynamic environment in SJX Company, finally author give some improvement proposals and corrective measure. This article start from the perspective of strategic management theory, with the dynamic environment changes as the clue, with the dynamic capability and strategic flexibility as the basic theory, with the operation of SJX Company as the background, to make the specific analysis and research on enterprise external environment, industry competition situation, and internal environment factors. Combined with its own resources and capabilities, and try to find a competitive strategy which can match the company long-term development. This article takes SJX Company’s competitive strategy as the example of Electronics Manufacturing service providers under the dynamic environment, has a practical guiding significance for domestic small and medium sized EMS providers, which is conducive to the EMS industry market competition and sustainable development.
