Beiya Gold Digital Commercial Rapid Economic Evaluation

The doctoral dissertation of "Digital Commercial Rapid Economic Evaluation of Beiya Gold Mine" is based on the science and technology key item(Industry and High-tech) of Yunnan province "The commercial digital rapid evaluation and its demonstration of mineral resources"(item number:2003GG01).21th century is the era of information. The putting forward and applicantion of the concept of "digital deposit" bring a new vital force to conventional mining industry management model; on the other hand, conventional monopolize management model of mining industry by country is changed step by step, the commercial reconnaissance and its economic evaluation of mining industry are thought much of by govenament and vast mining industry operator also with the deepen of market economy. Besides, since the reform and opening, our country's high-speed economic increasing was sacrificed with resources's coarse management. Today, lack of resources and unreasonable exploiture has already restricted economic development to our country.So,it is very important for us to grope a way of mineral resources exploiture model which fit for the era for our country's resources sustaintable development.The dissertation combined with the need of item, aiming to the front of mining industry development of our country, adopting the digital technique and the economic evaluation principle of mineral resources, carrying through demonstrating research of digital deposit and rapid economic evaluation in Beiya gold mine supported by computer and high-tech.The dissertation workload is divided into two parts mainly, firstly, it is to establish digital deposit model of Beiya gold mine and developing application research; Secondly, it is to develop commercial evaluation software package of mineral resources, carrying through demonstrating research of rapid evaluation.Fruits which achieved mainly embodied in four aspects as follow:One, importing the concept of "digital deposit " into Beiya gold mine, established the digital deposit model based on Micromine——one large mining 3D-software, including deposit model, terrain model, explore and mining model.Two, carrying through application research based on "digital deposit", including automated making of vertical, transverse section and middle segment map of orebody, dynamic delineating of orebodies,reserves estimation,scheme-optimize of production.Three,developing commercial evaluation software package of mineral resources,adopting Delphi super-program language and access database, using technical economic evalustion principle of deposit based on digital deposit which established before. The software function comprises geological parameter's computation , finance parameter's computation, finance evaluation analysis , country economic evaluation analysis and uncertain analysis.Four,the author processes demonstrating research of rapid evaluation based on datum provided by Beiya gold mine using the software. From the attainable reserves of Beiya gold mine, the mineral processing scale of 150t/d is too small ,it is fitting to setup the scale to 2000 t/d. The finance net present value can reach to 5016.15 ten thousand yuan, interior return rate can reach to 19.74% ,when reasonable mine life is 10 year and Discounted Rate is 15% .So the item's implement is feasible according to the evaluation results.In a word, the author had developed commercial evaluation software package of mineral resources based on technical economic evalustion principle of deposit, carrying through demonstrating research of digital deposit and rapid economic evaluation, and realizing the aim of rapid evaluation. So there is certain spread and demonstration meaning.
