Research On The Rapid Technological And Economical Evaluation System Of Metal Mineral Deposit

The technical and economic evaluation of deposit is of significance to geological survey of metal deposit and mine designing as well as construction. Following the development of economy, how to carry out the rapid evaluation of the aimed deposit with a few parameters and simple method is the instant request in the practice. In this paper, the writer try to reform the traditional evaluation system to accommodate the request of "rapid". First, give more emphasis to the calculation and verification of reserves which is the basic of the technical and economic evaluation of deposit. Second, simplify the original parameters system, only preserve some important ones which have the critical affect to the result such as produce ability, investment, cost, sale income, etc. At the same time, simplify the parameters’ calculation, as far as possible to use the data and index from experience or authoritative department. Third, give up the traditional method such as Net Present Value (NPV) and Inner Return Rate (IRR), which based on cash flow, introduce benefit- expenses analysis which is suit for the new parameters system and more simple in calculation process. Moreover the rapid evaluation system step up the evaluation of financial ability, making the result accurate followed with the process rapid. Finally the paper use one case to test and verify this method, and get the conclusion that this rapid evaluation system not only can realize the rapid process, but also can obtain the accurate result.
