Since 1980s, informationization has built in Chinese construction industry. Although the application of information technology has made great progress in industry management, because there has been no research of the industry management informationization based on the building whole life cycle, informationization had only been physical duplication for the original business of management services, which resulted in many "information isolated island" in both industry management and market supervision and management. Therefore, this dissertation researches industry management informationization based on building life cycle by the level of the nation management. The development target, mode and scenario have been constituted, and the rationality of the scenario for Chinese construction industry management informationization has been demonstrated by the means of research techniques including life cycle, the strategic management, BPR (business process reengineering), the game theory and multi-demonstration analysis. And the index system of the level evaluation is designed.The research results of dissertation have developed research system for construction industry management, and the model of industry management integration system based on building life cycle and level evaluation system have been constructed and modernization theoretically; and the explicit way has been provided for Chinese construction industry management informationization in the practice. The main innovation spots are as follows:(1)Through the gambling model and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis, the two stage development pattern of construction industry management informationization are put forward, the WO and ST integration development should be adopted in the first stage adopts, and taking the government drive as leading development pattern; The SO development should be adopted in the second stages, and taking market demand as leading development pattern.(2)In this dissertation, the action mechanism between industry management organization, management goal and service process is analysis by the theory of building life cycle management. And the construction industry management informationization model has been constructed based on s the building life cycle.(3)Four development ways are proposed for the Chinese construction industry management informationization development: one is construction industry management service reengineering, and another is collaborative management, and the third is that the benign interaction comes into being between market main bodies in construction industry, and the last is to realize the supervision closed loop in the whole society.(4)The level evaluation system for construction industry management informationization is framed covering the organization's internal structure and external function factors, and the informationization level of an administration is estimated and forecast simulated by MADM (multi-aim decision making) and equivalent dimension gray forecast method.This dissertation contains 43 charts, 15 tables and 166 references.
