Based on the Marxist historical materialism, the article aims to offer reference for solving the difficult problem of China's modernization development in "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" by mainly discussing the historical process of Brazil's modernization development in "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" and by summarizing the experiences and lessons in Brazil's modernization development in "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" .The first chapter is introduction. It sums up the main points, which mainly explains the position of the modernization of "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" in the country's economic development and makes it clear that a country can not be modernized without the modernization of "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production". It also points out the heavy cost of Brazil's modernization is closely related to the backwardness of its agricultural department in its modernization development. Lastly, it gives the summary of our country's study of Brazil's modernization in "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production".The second chapter judges the position and the role of Brazil's agriculture in the national development and explores the main characters of Brazil's agriculture development.The third chapter analyses the natural factors and environmental factors which influences Brazil's agriculture development from the angle of economy and geography and analyses how the nature and environment gives the direct influence to its agricultural production ways and its agricultural operation ways.The fourth chapter looks back the process of Brazil's agricultural development, including the American Indian agriculture before America was found and the agricultural development during the colonial period and the agricultural development from independence to the beginning of 20th century. Brazil's system of land formed in the colonial period produced the profound influence to its agriculture and even its whole economic development. From the end of 19th century to the beginning of 20th century is the incubation period of Brazil agricultural modernization.The fifth chapter mainly describes of Brazil's agricultural modernization process from the starting period in 1930s through the transitional period from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture during 1930s-1950s and through the climax of agricultural modernization development during 1960s-1970s to the slowing down period of agricultural modernization development afterl980s, which gives a detailed description of the development and changes of Brazil's agriculture during this period and the changes of rural society and the flow of rural labor force. Land issue in Brazil is given special concern in every chapter and there is special exposition and judgment about the land reform starting from 1960s in Brazil.The sixth chapter introduces the course of Brazil's agricultural adjustment since 1980s including the new trend of agricultural development and the new look of the rural society's development and the peasants' urbanization flow.The seventh chapter mainly discusses the problems in Brazil's modernization development in "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production", which includes land issue, the imbalance of industrial and agricultural development, the gap between town and county, urbanization and the social problems arising from Brazil's failure in solving the essential problem of economic development-"Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production". The problems mentioned above can be seen China's modernization development in "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production". By summarizing the lessons in Brazil's "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" development and the reasons of its failure, the chapter can suggest reference and lessons for China's modernization development in "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production". As to how to draw on the experience from Brazil and how to solve the problems China is confronted with, the article tries to put forward some advice.The eighth chapter mainly elaborates on the achievements and experiences of Brazil's modernization development in "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production", which includes governmental capital policies for promoting the development of "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production", the development and experiences of Brazil's agricultural specialized production at scale, agricultural progress which "Green Revolution" and the policy of science and technology boosting agriculture brought to Brazil and its experience, and Brazil's experience in its agricultural internationalization as the important agricultural export country in the world. These achievements Brazil has made in its agricultural development mean the valuable experiences for China's agricultural development in the future. The article also gives some suggestive ideas to how to learn from them and how to promote modernization development in "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production".The law of the development of the human history is common. Whether it is Brazil or it is China, there must be the day to realize modernization. As to how to be modernized, China's greatest advantage lies in the fact that China is the country of socialist public ownership.What is creative, if any, in the article lies in panoramic description of Brazil's agricultural development and systematic summarization of experiences and lessons of Brazil's "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" development and the comparatively overall comparison between "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" in China and "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" in Brazil on the basis of the relevant study.
