Based on the Marxist historical materialism, the article aims to offer reference for solving the difficult problem of China's modernization development in "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" by mainly discussing the historical process of Brazil's modernization development in "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" and by summarizing the experiences and lessons in Brazil's modernization development in "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" .The first chapter is introduction.
