Study Of Multi-modal Transport On Virtual Enterprise

Multi-model transport is that the combination of transportation between companies based on the transport specialization, these companies are stressed to be mutual trusted, cooperated and synergy in order to realize common goal of "double win" or "multi-win". And the virtual enterprise is a new organization mode developing rapidly and evolving gradually with the information technology. The multi-model transport owns the characteristics of virtual enterprise, so discussing the operation mode of virtual enterprise for multi-model transport is a breakthrough to study multi-model transport.This article describes the operational feature of multi-model transport, analyzes the coordinated problems, the operation mode of virtual enterprise based on information integration and deems that the multi-model transport is according with the operational mode of virtual enterprise. Then this article puts forward a definition of multi-model transport virtual enterprise, and also designs its organization structure of heterarchica, and expounds its operational platform. As one of the most important content, it has studied that how to create a multi-model transport virtual enterprise, advanced the method to choose the segment-carriers based on genetic algorithm, designed and developed this choice system for multi-model transport virtual enterprise; as the core content, it has studied the operational mode for multi-model transport virtual enterprise which is oriented to the container transport organization, set forth the management motive of transport organization based on Agent, designed its structure mode, management frame and information integration frame based on Agent. In this article, it builds an integrated transport organization view based on UML and Petri net to realize the process global description. At last, it discusses encouragement mechanism and interest distribution mechanism.
