A Research On Flexiblization Of ERP System And Its Application

The primary objective of studying flexibility is to examine the realization of flexiblization. The article is aimed to solve the problems between system rigidness and change, and the problems between software system similarities and individuality through flexiblization; bridge the differences between two systems and lay foundation for model selecting, system adapting and system implementing through the , conforming of flexibility to change.The research intends to carry out the basic national policy of propelling industrialization through informationization, promote the course of enterprise' management informationization, and increase the standardization of ERP application and improve the success rate of ERP application.With the combination of logic, philosophic theory and mathematical theory, the article fully embodies the combination of analytical theory such as theoretical approach and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. In studying flexibility measures, the article studies in way of greatly improved Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). In system encouragement implementing, it employs information economics analytical method. In analyzing unity maturity, it studies with the combination of mathematical statistical analysis, system framework empirical analysis and comparative analysis. In implementing, it studies with empirical analysis and canonical study as its main analytical methods. The contents are as the following:Chapter One: The direct factor of choosing ERP system and its application as the research subject is the low success rate of ERP application which is mainly caused by the contradiction between environmental change and system inflexibility, while system flexibility is the very designation to handle changes and uncertainties. As change is unavoidable, flexiblization is the only way of solving this contradiction. The research is based on the considering of factors system and ERP's whole life cycle. This chapter focuses on aim, method and content of the research.Chapter Two: This chapter talks about the motive and feasibility of ERP application from ERP system, enterprise system and implementation system three aspects, i.e. the necessity and possibility of ERP application flexiblization.Chapter Three: The key point of ERP application flexiblization is ERP system flexiblization. This chapter elaborates on the definition of ERP application flexiblization, its improved measures and approaches to be flexiblized. The approach to be flexiblized is primarily realized through business modules, micro-core design, parameterization, modeling and limit programming.Chapter Four: This chapter talks about flexiblization concerning flow and management innovation of enterprise system. The basic thinking is the combination of two-way flexiblization and two-way standardization, two-way displacement, modificatory BPR and selective gradual regrouping.Chapter Five: This chapter analyzes implementing system and flexiblization of implementing progress. It analyzes the construction of implementing flexiblization, including project organization flexiblization and project management flexiblization, and as well, the realizing approach of implementing flexiblization. It also studies, by way of quantitative analysis, the implementation system under the circumstances of dissymmetrical information.Chapter six: This chapter discusses the requirement of ERP application flexiblization cooperation, the realizing approach and strategy of cooperation model construction and cooperation.Chapter seven: This chapter discourses the significance, framework, measures, indicator system and suitability evaluation of constructing ERP unity maturity evaluation system.Chapter eight: This chapter draws a conclusion of the whole research and put forward the questions that need further study.The achievement of this research lies in the systematic elaboration of ERP application flexiblization, the proposal of ERP application unity maturity theory, ERP application flexibility theory, factor system and environmental gradient theory, the development and modification of some important theories and methodology including ERP, and the improvement of analytical procedure and diagnostic tool including AHP and FAHP.The conclusions of the research are the following:The contradiction between change and rigidness is the elementary one in ERP application. Flexiblization is the best approach to deal with this contradiction after the utilization of custom design and optimum practice. The main body of flexiblization is the flexiblization of ERP system. The flexiblization of ERP application requires the assistance of cooperation.
