In a competitive world, the success and survive of enterprises rely on innovation, there are many innovative enterprises, and most of them are related to outstanding leaders. As entrepreneurs are elite talents who have a special impact on business, much attention is attached to their creativity by both the theorists and governments. But what are the construction factors of entrepreneur creativity? What are the characteristics and interrelationship of those factors? What are the relationship among entrepreneurial creativity, their creative behavior and the performance of enterprises? These questions seem simple, but from the limited literatures, it is hardly to find satisfied answers. Our government has drummed in that the key of innovation is enterprises, and innovation of those enterprises is much affected by the quality of entrepreneur. How is the influence of entrepreneurial creativity to innovation of enterprises? If entrepreneurial creativity has great impact on the performance of enterprises, it indicates that the improvement and enhancement of their creativity will directly influence the performance in a certain extent; adversely, if there is no much relation between entrepreneurial creativity and enterprise performance, then how to promote the mechanism to change and improve performance? If we want to get the answers, it all depends on a good understanding of the relationship among entrepreneurial creativity, creative behavior and enterprise performance.Although the word" entrepreneur "is widely known, there is no unified concept to it. To the convenience of research, different researchers in different disciplines gave various definitions as based on quality, position or the effects of managerial activities. The mass of definitions illustrates that the immaturity of researches and the complexity of the objects. Based on the literature analysis both at home and broad, entrepreneurs are those who are in the top management positions in the company and have great impacts on the development of enterprises, people consist vice manager(director) and all of the top managers in the positions above vice-general manager.From previous studies' results, most of the objects in creativity researches are students, and for the studies of creativity in the business background, employees are major objects in abroad, but it is rare at home both in the researches on employees or entrepreneurs. Reasons of the rarity are related to the investment difficulties and the strangeness to this research field. Undeniably speaking, because entrepreneurial creativity is meaningful to enterprise, society and the whole country, although there are some difficulties in its study, we should take it as a keystone to tackle. Furthermore, the studies of entrepreneurial creativity are still fragmentary and lacking in measure instruments, especially lacking in research in psychology field, and the researches are more qualitative and less quantitative.The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics and structure of construction factors, develop measure instrument for entrepreneurial creativity in order to make diagnosis and evaluation of entrepreneurial creativity, and further researches on the relationship among entrepreneurial creativity, creative behavior and innovative performance of enterprises are based on it.The study of entrepreneurial creativity is a neglected issue in psychology, so this study has a pioneer meaning in both in and abroad. It fills the gap of domestic entrepreneurial creativity study, for this study clarifies the three elements' construction of entrepreneurial creativity, and their relationship with entrepreneurial creative behavior and enterprise performance. Meanwhile, it also has a great significance for the enterprise management department in our country to seek the ways of innovation and reinforce the training and education of entrepreneur.Research analysis, questionnaire development, relative study and case study are conducted to study the frame, characteristics and relationship of creativity consciousness, creative personality, creative decision-making ability and creative behavior, and also their relation to enterprise performance, altogether 6 sub-studies. Firstly, the relative studies of entrepreneurial creativity both in and abroad are systematically reviewed. Secondly, the elements of entrepreneurial creativity and their relation to enterprise performance are analysed. Lastly, in order to make a depth analysis to entrepreneurial creativity and its relationship with entrepreneurial creative behavior and enterprise performance, case study was conduced through depth interviews to 3 entrepreneurs, which plays a reflection role to the former research.The main conclusions of the study are the following:1. Entrepreneurial creativity is composed of creativity consciousness, creative personality and creative decision-making ability. Entrepreneur creativity consciousness includes three dimensions, namelyâ‘ creative needs and motivation consciousness;â‘¡creative means consciousness;â‘¢creative value consciousness. Entrepreneurial creative personality composes of 9 dimensions, they are: self-discipline, persistence, enterprise pleasure, warmth, decisiveness, foresight, sensitivity and inquiry, which are involved in the accomplishment, communication, decision-making and wisdom traits of entrepreneur. And there are five dimensions in entrepreneurial decision-making ability:â‘ problem-finding ability;â‘¡independent thinking ability;â‘¢project-choosing ability;â‘£information integration ability;â‘¥far-association ability.2. Entrepreneurial creativity consciousness questionnaire, creative personality questionnaire, creative decision-making ability questionnaire and creative behavior questionnaire are all with good reliability and validity, so that they can be used to evaluate and test the entrepreneurial creativity.3. There are close relation between entrepreneurial creativity and creative behavior, but no significant relation to enterprise performance. Entrepreneurial creativity should have an impact on creative behavior to a certain extent, but as the characteristics of performance and the problems that exist in entrepreneurial creativity, which lead to the result.4. Comparatively speaking, creative personality and creative consciousness of entrepreneur are a bit high, but the degree of creative behavior and creative decision-making ability are not that high.5. Entrepreneur from different kind of ownership enterprises are various in their creativity: in the aspects of creative needs and motivation consciousness, entrepreneur from state-owned and foreign-invested enterprises are stronger than those in private enterprises; in the far-association ability, entrepreneur from state-owned enterprises are stronger than those in private and foreign-invested enterprises. 6. Entrepreneur from high-tech enterprises have significant stronger creative means consciousness than those in non-high-tech enterprises, and have high scores on the personality characteristics as persistence, enterprise pleasure and decisiveness.7. From the perspective of enterprises' scale, the smaller scale is, the more creative behavior it has.Main problems of this study are the deviation of samples due to the difficulties met in questionnaire collection, the female entrepreneur are scarce , the study on the macro-environment which influences entrepreneur creativity is insufficiency and lastly, there is lacking in the research of entrepreneurial creativity training.
