Human resource management practices are a series of actions HR department carries out to perform varioes kinds of functions. Under the background of knowledge economy era, human resource management practices are regarded as marketing, and their research objects extend from enterprise's internal human resource to external human resource. The research on human resource management practices with the notion of client relationship management, bringing forward the new conception of HR department's client relationship management, is beneficial to explaining the series of actions and processes of human resource management practices which have been looked as marketing, and to enriching the study on HR department's function. The positive relationship between human resource management practices and intellectual capital has been demonstrated, however, the research on how human resource management practices drive intellectual capital increase is rare. How is the relationship between human resource management practices with the notion of client relationship management which is called HR department's client relationship management and intellectual capital, and how does HR department's client relationship management drive intellectual capital increase and organizational performance improvement indirectly? The above two problems are always difficult problems puzzling theoretics fields and practice fields.The paper makes some important studies of theoretics value and practice significance on this proceding research hotspot in the world, the main content and conclusion is as follows:(1) Identifying and defining the demand of HR department's clients and the structure of intellectual capital. Eight demands of HR department's clients have been summarized by theory-deducing. Intellectual capital has been composed by human capital, structure capital (including intellectual property rights capital and cadre capital), and relationship capital (including market capital and commonweal capital),and the meanings of the three constitutes of intellectual capital have been explained in detail. (2) Putting forward the new conception of HR department's client relationship management, doing some research on the internal mechanism of HR department's client relationship management by particularly analyzing the connotation and process of HR department's client relationship management(3) The external coordination mechanism of HR department's client relationship management has been analyzed. Based on the qualitative analysis of the reciprocities between various kinds of HR department's client relationship managements, by the use of cooperation game theory and coordination game theory, HR department's service-sharing game theory and coordination game theory between different HR department's client relationship managements have been analyzed, and the coordination mechanism of HR department's client relationship management has been established.(4) The relationship between the demand of HR department's clients and the intellectual capital constitutes has been empirically studied.Variable's data have been gathered by the way of questionair-investigation, interview, and relative information-analysis. On this basis, correlation analysis and regressive analysis have been carried out with software SPSS13.0. The research results demonstrate the positive relationship beween demands of HR department's clients and intellectual capital constitutes.(5) "Extensive mode"and "special mode" of driving mechanism HR department's client relationship managements puts on intellectual capital have been established, and the measures to perfect HR department's key client relationship managements have been advanced.(6) Verifying the research result practically and analyzing the research result with a validated case study. That is, with the theory, model, method and tool given in the paper, appraising the level of research object's HR department's client relationship management and intellectual capital, finding the HR department's client relationship management driving intellectual capital increase. Based on the implemention of measures perfecting HR department's client relationship management, research object's intellectual capital is reappraised. The evaluation value change of research object's intellectual capital verifies the role HR department's client relationship management plays in driving intellectual capital, and verifies the research result of the paper.The research results will make the relationship between the demand of HR department's clients and the structure of intellectual capital conspicuous. By explaining the internal mechanism and the external coordination mechanism of HR department's client relationship management, HR department's key client relationship management driving intellectual capital increase has been indentified, which will supply a reference to make HR department's work more accurate.
