Collaborative commerce organizes the partnerships which have common commercial interest, and achieve and satisfy the consumer demands and survival ability of themselves by sharing the informations of whole commercial cycle. The collaborative commerce commonly creates and achieves maximal commercial value, and provides profitability by integrating competitive advantages of every partnership. The collaborative commerce, which is highest form of electronic commerce, changes the operational forcuses from the operation of the reasonable arrangements for internal resources into reasonable arrangement virtual enterprise resources. Faced with a number of enterprises of all suppliers, partners, customers, distributors, it optimizes a complete and mutual coordination of production and distribution plans. The essence of collaborative commerce is breaking the original inter-organizational barriers and greatly reducing enterprise group achieve synergies and create synergy cost of the organization due to the nature of technological progress. These technologies include data mining technology, information sharing technology, the design optimization process, and so on.Based on the analysis of domestic and international research status, the framework of collaborative business model and the physical structure are put forward. In the framework of collaborative commerce system, Information sharing the framework model and the system features of information sharing is put forward, and the informations integration is studied. Collaborative business information-sharing system makes collaborative commerce get more and more valuable data, and provide strong support for data mining. Focusing on the distribution of original HS procurement business processes, its mathematical characteristics are diognosed, and use ExSpect software simulation analysis of the original process and the pros and cons of optimized processes. The results showed that application of information technology to optimize existing processes, effectively reduces the running process, the error probability, improve work efficiency.
