Information times is the era of global economy, digital services, personalizedconsumption, complicated operating process, fast changing market, and increasingdiversified trends. Facing to the background, the automobile manufacturing haveadded competitors whose amount is most today. To win the competition, theautomobile manufacturing only can ally with other excellent enterprises whoseposition is the top of it and the bottom of it, and establish closed relation onservices and economic resources alliance on corporate economic advantages, toachieve superiority which is short of in every enterprise. The conception of supplychain extends from narrow internal enterprise' services process to broadenterprises' collaboration. With extensive use of internet and informationtechnology, collaborative electronic commerce is effective way to improvecompetitive ability of enterprises and adapt them to market competition, then manylarge-scale automobile enterprises will combine procurement supply chain withcollaborative commerce to overcome disadvantage of conventional procurementbusiness by information technology. The paper mainly researches operational modeof collaborative procurement business in automobile manufacturing and itstechnical measures and discusses initial procurement business processre-engineering on the basis of analyzing present problems. We regard Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. as main investigation andresearch object. We conclude universal features of domestic large-scale automobilemanufacturing in collaborative procurement business by means of summarizinginvestigation and research contents. According to the meaning of collaborativeprocurement business, the paper separates two contents from collaborativeprocurement business in automobile manufacturing. They are internal collaborativeprocurement business and external collaborative procurement business inautomobile manufacturing. The modes of internal collaborative procurementbusiness contain collaboration from requirement to plan, collaboration procuringpurchasing parts, collaboration procuring auxiliary materials(below 100 yuan) ,collaboration procuring steel productions, collaboration procuring repair parts, andcollaboration procuring tools. The modes of external collaborative procurementbusiness contain performing collaboration of purchasing order for goods andexternal resources collaboration of central enterprise and supplier.Applying data warehouse (DW) is a process of capturing, stocking, analyzinginformation. If the enterprise want to carry out the mode of collaborativeprocurement business, it need to pick up intelligent information from large amountof enterprise's data to hold out decision-making of procurement business's manager.Because the paper's contents are restricted within building up DW for thepurchasing department, we select small-scale data market. On the basis ofintroducing conception, feature and structure of data market, the paper mainlydiscusses the process of carrying out collaborative procurement business, andaccording to three features of DW and carrying out data requirement analysis ofprocurement business, the paper establishes dimension tables and fact table wherewe utilize SQL Sever2000's data conversion server to extract and optimize data,and builds up star-structure data market of Chongqing Changan automobilecollaborative procurement business to clear technical obstacles for actualizingcollaborative procurement business.Data mining (DM) is a kind of decision-making technology established on thebasis of DW. Decision makers who carry out procurement business make decisionsaccording to facts instead of manager's sense by building up data market ofChongqing Changan automobile collaborative procurement business. Because ofthe restriction within investigation and research data, the paper only carry out DManalysis on sales volume of different types of automobiles in a quarter. We utilizeSQL Sever 2000's analysis manager to construct a DM mode on automobile salesvolume in a quarter based on sales data originated in Chongqing ChanganAutomobile Co., Ltd. by introducing DM theory and ID3 decision tree theory.Analyzing sales volume, we adopt ID3 decision tree method to mine data to guidemanufacturers to make purchasing plan effectively.The paper discusses not only operational mode from macroscopic angles but alsooperational process from microcosmic angles of collaborative procurementbusiness in auto manufacturing. Necessary Accessory Delivering Process isestablished in the paper. According to goods delivering process in ChongqingChangan Automobile Co., Ltd, we construct its model based on Petri net andchoose time cycle as parameter to simulate and analyze it, and analyzing the resultto diagnose the old process. In the old process, delivery cycle is too longuncertainly is great, and it is easy to go wrong for bills of document. Based onthese result, a new business process is put forward. In the new process, the oldprocess is optimized by improving information manager level. Execution efficiencyis improved in a great degree because additional material card system shorten thetime of necessary accessory supplied to assembly line. At the same time, thereducing of simulation result variance indicates the uncertainty is lower enough toensure the just-in-time supply of necessary accessory.
