Research On The Emergence Mechanism Of The Corporation Knowledge Ecosystem

Knowledge as the most important production factors of economic growth, has become the greatest strategic significance in the enterprise core competitiveness. The enterprise knowledge theory think that the heterogeneity of the enterprise comes from the difference of accumulation of knowledge and levels of knowledge ,the asymmetry of knowledge and the resulting difference of the organizational abilities, so an enterprise is knowledge clusters, a knowledge system. Through knowledge flows and knowledge creation, formation a chain of knowledge, implementation the value of knowledge, in response to environmental change in the system and between the system and the environment, Enterprise knowledge system constantly evolution. An effective knowledge system can realize the needs of appropriate knowledge to create a competitive advantage at any time. Therefore, a growing number of enterprises focus on the establishment and perfection of the knowledge system. In this context, this paper study the related issues of the enterprise knowledge system, based on ecology theory, complex adaptive system theory and emergence theory.In the enterprise knowledge system, the creator, user and transfer of knowledge is person in final, therefore, knowledge worker in the enterprises will be seen as organism, The function system composed by the interaction between organism and organism, and the mutual influence between organism and the organizational environment is defined as an enterprise knowledge ecosystem. The enterprise knowledge ecosystem is not an unconventional concept or a "green management" approach, but for a new idea explore and management the enterprise knowledge system. The idea concern the relationship among the knowledge agents and the knowledge ecological environment, through cited ecological thinking, we study more flexible and practical the characteristics and role of the enterprise environment and knowledge agents, seeking more efficient enterprise knowledge structure and institutional, and enhance the enterprise knowledge capacity. This paper wants to transfer the attention of the enterprise managers from how to manage and control one or several good information system for knowledge management to people, because people is the ultimate producer and creator of knowledge, this idea fully embody a people-centered thinking.The enterprise knowledge ecosystem is a people-oriented system, people and organizations are the activities agents, focusing on knowledge innovation, this paper argues that such a system is a kind of complex adaptive system, Because the agents (people and organizations) of the enterprise knowledge ecosystem are of purpose and initiative, the members of the organization form a certain level structure, but each member understand the overall objective and the environment, and have a certain freedom of the activities, through competition and cooperation, they adapt to dramatic changes of the environment, and the formation of new knowledge needs people to learn and gain experience. Therefore, this paper attempts to use complex adaptive system theory to study the enterprise knowledge ecosystem. Complex adaptive system has an important characteristic that is emergence as a whole, in order to better understand enterprise knowledge ecosystem, as well as enhance the adaptation of the enterprise knowledge ecosystem, we analysis the emergence from the source , the result and characteristics of the emergence. we construct the conceptual model of the emergence.In the era of knowledge economy, the corporate environment is constantly changing, the constantly changing environment has a great impaction on enterprise knowledge ecosystem, at the same time in order to adapt to the changing environment, different knowledge agent in enterprise knowledge ecosystem establish the relation of cooperation and competition, so the phenomenon of emergence emerged, and form the functions and features of the whole. Therefore, the process of continuing emergence of the enterprise knowledge ecosystem, in essence, is the evolution of low-rise to high-rise of enterprise knowledge ecosystem on the interaction of the knowledge agents and by the knowledge ecological environment. Clearly, the mechanism of the emergence of the enterprise knowledge ecosystem emerge from two parts: enterprise knowledge ecological environment and the knowledge agent.The mechanism of enterprise knowledge ecological environment forming the emergence refers to the impaction of the knowledge ecological environment on the emergence phenomenon of enterprise knowledge ecosystem, it will be known as an effect of ecological environment in this paper. The knowledge ecological environment of the enterprise knowledge ecosystem compose by internal knowledge ecological environment and external knowledge ecological environment, and they have different role on the phenomenon of the emergence of the enterprise knowledge ecosystem. The knowledge agents access to resources, open up living space, form the border, establish channels and methods exchange material, energy and information (knowledge) with the environment, adapt to constraints of the environmental, improve anti-jamming capability , the results of the operation attribute to a whole emergence of the enterprise knowledge ecosystem. Therefore, we can believe that the environmental effects firstly the importation of knowledge ecosystem, and require that the whole knowledge ecosystem and all knowledge agents achieve a certain degree of adaptation and coordination on the environment. Otherwise, the result of emergence of enterprise knowledge ecosystem is negative, that is, enterprise knowledge ecosystem recess, the knowledge ecosystem is difficult to exist in the end.The mechanism of enterprise knowledge agents forming the emergence refers to the impaction of the scale and the structure of the knowledge agents on the emergence phenomenon of enterprise knowledge ecosystem, it will be known as an effect of scale and structure in this paper. The effect of scale is that the emergence of enterprise knowledge ecosystem stems from the scale of knowledge agents in certain extent. Once the system has a certain size, the phenomenon has emerged, and the effect of structure is that the emergence of enterprise knowledge ecosystem stems from the evolution relations of synergies among the knowledge agents. It can be said that the effect of the co-evolution among knowledge agents is an important form of the effect of ecosystem structure. On the other hand, it is precisely because of the existence of co-evolution, so there is the effect of ecosystem structure, then emerging phenomenon occurred, therefore, the co-evolution among knowledge agents is an important source of the effect of structure of enterprise knowledge ecosystem. The theory of co-evolution is an inter-discipline with ecology and the complexity science, we study the mechanism of enterprise knowledge agents forming the emergence through learn from this theory, it is an useful enlightenment for the healthy development of enterprise knowledge ecosystem.On the basis of theoretical analysis on the former, on the last of this paper there is an empirical study on the theoretical analysis, Select the trade centre of film and TV of China Radio as an object of the empirical study, with the former we analysis the composition and structure of the enterprise knowledge ecosystem, the building of the ecological environment and the effect of the ecological environment on the emergence of knowledge ecosystem, the co-evolution among knowledge agents and the impact of co-evolution among knowledge agents on the emergence of knowledge ecosystem. To sum up, this paper study in-depth relevant theoretical issues of the enterprise knowledge ecosystem, and select the trade centre of film and TV of China Radio as an object of the empirical study, demonstrate the feasibility of the theory. However, as the complexity of the enterprise knowledge ecosystem itself, mass research work is necessary to ensure the improvement of successive research work on this paper.
