While the problem of the headspring of the economic growth is the core problem in the problem of economic growth. In the earlier period, the classic economics main concern the function of capital and labor in economic growth. In new classic economics, the technique progress becomes the focus of the economist concern. To the 70's, with the contribution of Becker, Mentzel, Schultz etc economists, people become to concern the function of manpower capital in promoting long-term economic growth. While the system economics concern the influence of various system change upon the long-term economic growth. Along with sustainable development coming into being and its affect extending gradually, people come to know the important influence of the energy to the long-term steady economic growth.In the earlier period of the economic development, energy usually were classified into the category of capital, they were not analytical category of the economist as a kind of factor devotion alone. On the one hand the economic growth of the earlier period depends mainly on the devotion of the labor force and the capital accumulation, while the need of the energy in the production process is not very great. On the other hand even there is need of energy in the production process the price of energy usually keeps constant in compare long time because the need is few in comparison with its reserves that the scarcity of energy dose not bring forth. Along with the development of science and technology, the ability of mankind making use of energy to develop economy become more and more strong, the importance of energy to economic development is appearing. At the same time, along with the consumption of energy in production process increasing gradually, the energy crisis is appearing too. Therefore, separating energy from the capital as a kind of factor devotion alone, thus investigating the relation between energy and economic growth, energy and the other factor, have important theories and realistic meanings.This text take the C-D production function as base, with leading energy factor to expand the traditional production function, make use of the dynamic optimization theories to investigate the relation between energy and long-term economy. In this text the possibility, path, and realization condition of sustainable development is respectively investigated under exhaustible energy and reborn energy condition in the analytical frame of newly classic economics and endogenous growth. Making use of traditional metrical model to analyze experientially the function relationship and proportional relationship between the devotion of energy factor and economic growth and the contribution degree of each factor to output; making use of nontraditional metrical analytical method to analyze the qualitative relationship and quantitative relationship between the devotion of energy factor and economic growth; appling state space model to investigate the dynamic relationship between the devotion of energy factor and other factors and economic growth; and this text analyzed the balanced relationship and unbalanced dynamic relationship between the fluctuation of energy price and the change of energy intensity for the first time. |
