Research On Institution Innovation Of State-owned Enterprises In Jilin Province

In the development of State-owned enterprises, institution innovation plays a vital role and to a certain extent determines the competitiveness of State-owned enterprises. The study on institution innovation and its relevant theories and practice originated from the early 20th century. During this period, many scholars home and abroad have engaged in research on innovation and institution innovation, and have made the fruitful achievement. By in-depth study of literature, the author found that some studies are still pending in the field of research on institution innovation in State-owned enterprises.Therefore, this paper focuses on the State-owned enterprises in Jilin Province, combined with the related discipline theory and method in order to spread out systematic and gradual research. Specifically, this paper mainly contains six parts, which are, respectively, the theoretical study, study on the history and present situation of institution innovation of Jilin provincial State-owned enterprises, study on the institution constitution, study on the demands and supplies of institution, the research on institutional innovation process and the case study of the institution innovation, etc.In the theoretical study of this paper, there are the Institution Innovation Theory. Transaction Costs and the Kos Theorem. Property Right Theory, Agency Theory and the Corporate Governance Theory, which provide Theoretical Basis for the paper's subsequent studies. Based on the analysis of the history and present situation of institution innovation, the paper proposes the internal and external problems on institution innovation of Jilin Provincial State-owned enterprises.In the study of the institution constitution, the institution of Jilin Provincial State-owned enterprises is divided into the formal and the informal. By elaborating on the mechanism of the formal institution and the informal institution, this paper puts forward the measures about optimizing institution constitution and promoting institution innovation.In the paper, the study of institutional demands and supply firstly analyzes the institution demand of Jilin Provincial State-owned enterprises, then the phenomena of both insufficient supply and supply surplus, thus proposes that the mutually-matched institution demand and institution supply can promote the institution innovation of State-owned enterprises.The study on institutional innovation process analyzes the motive force and resistance of institution innovation, then proposes the process model of the institution innovation, and gives the in-depth analysis of institution innovation's organization and pattern, process control and risk.To sum up, starting from the basic theories of institution innovation, the paper presents an in-depth study on the theories and methods of institution innovation of Jilin Provincial State-owned enterprises, and proposes several measures about promoting institution innovation. In terms of the complexity of the institution innovation and the diversity and particularity of state-owned enterprises, however, the author needs to do a lot of researches and practices to polish this theory which makes it more perfect when applied for actual practice.
