Bank Growth,Strategic Transformation And Development Of Private Bank Business

There will be long-time stability and bloom in China if we have not only much many top enterprises around the world but also the banks that can develop with strong competent-ability. However, nowadays our industry of bank shows the character of "too big to strong" for state-owned banks, and the character of " too strong to big" of share-owned banks based on the situation of the quantity of banks which are inside the 1000 top in the world is rising. So, the capability of commercial banks in China needs to be reinforced.This paper, based on the theory of enterprise development and its historical advance, studies the intension of commercial bank. And within the actual background of economical transformation and financial reform this paper also believes that for the purpose of the continuous development, those commercial banks need take the transformation of strategy. Obviously, the private bank business is the effective way that can put this strategic transformation, maintain the stable and continuous development. Therefore, some suggestions like how to develop private bank business, how to put strategic transformation and how to maintain the stable advance are put forward to.The most innovative point of this paper locates in concluding the core idea of bank-development, which gets from the theory of enterprise development and the experience of bank management.
