Research On Supporting Effect Of Land And Resources To The Development Of Industrial Economy

With the rapid development of society and economy, the extent of utilization of land and resources was also expanding rapidly. During the developing of land and resources industries, the consumption of resources is also growing fast, now the situation is tight supplying of land resources, mineral resource constraints increasing, and natural worsening pollution. How to coordinate economic development with industrial development and utilization of land resources in a reasonable relationship to achieve social harmony, sustainable development became the focus of people's attention. But it also raised a number of problems which will be solved form from the perspective of industrial economics. Based on this, we do this research on support effect of land and resources to the industry economy development.This paper uses the theory of production factors, economic growth theory, resource scarcity theory and industrial economic theory. Based on the collection of related information of land and resources and industrial development, the paper use statistical, econometric analysis methods to do a comprehensive study on supporting effect of land and resources to the development of industrial. The main content as follows:(1) before analyzed the current Chinese economic development, land resources and industrial relations, the paper pointed out the shortage of resources on the rapid economic development has been the role of serious constraints. It analyzed the impact of land and resources to industrial economy from the type, quantity, quality, distribution and other aspects of land and resources. And also analyzed the impact of industrial economy to land and resources.(2) Construct an econometric models to study the economic development of land resources on the industry supporting role. Taking land resources as an example, the paper the divided industry into allocation of resources, capital investment, labor input and technological progress in four aspects, and measured the contribution of the various elements to the industrial economic development, and made a forecast of the protection of land resources to industrial economy .(3)Taking land resources as an example, the paper researched the macro-control mechanism of the land and resources involved in industrial economic, including the transduction pathway of the macro-control mechanism, regulatory tools and policy options. By the research of land resources to industrial economy development up to the land and natural resources to the industrial economy development, the paper proposed the exploration strategies and suggestions of developing the land and resources industrial economy, and advocate a more stringent standard to protect land resources, promote the development of industrial economy coordinately and healthily.From social perspective, the significance of this research is not only to make people clearly realize the important role of the very limited resources to the industry economic development, but also for land and resources management departments to fulfill the basic land management functions to protect land resources, and provide an important reference on land resource to actively participate in national macro-control policy-making.
