The fourth part gives the detailed analysis of the existing problems and reasons for Kunming land resource optimization allocation, mainly studied from the aspects of the contradiction between supply and demand of land, the land using structure and layout is unreasonable, and the land resource allocation mechanism etc. The fifth part proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting optimal allocation of land resources in Kunming City, including strengthening the functio ns of government, optimizing supply mode, improving the economical utilization mechanism of land using.
