The Study On Dynamic Mechanism Of Technological Innovation Capacity In Chinese Household Appliances Enterprises

The wheels of history have been into the 21st century, on the basis of the technological innovation theory of Western Economics and Marxism Economics, this paper analyses the technological innovation motive mechanism of China's firms on the background of economic globalization and knowledge economy era. The paper takes systematic analysis method and comparative analysis method.In the knowledge economy era, economic globalization is externalized to be market globalization, and the latter is obviously characterized by the reorganization of value chain, In the modern society, firm's industry division mode in different value chain scope is decided in great extent by the level and depth of firm's research and development. China's economic capacity has increased continuously and greatly and drawn the most attention of the world. China's economic growth quality, however, worries people a lot. Krugman thought that the economic growth of Asia's newly industrialized countries and regions including China is achieved by the large-scale mobilization of the resources. Although Krugman's conclusion is biased, the contribution share of technological progress in China's growth is much lower than developed countries. The fundamental of a country's economic capacity is its firm's competence, whose core is technological competence. But in China, firm's competition and development mainly rely on the introduction of technologies from foreign countries; the self-development of technologies is weak. To some degree,there appears the phenomenon of "black hole of technology". Firm's innovation motive is universally insufficient,. which is dangerous to a rapidly developing country.On this background, the analysis of technological innovation motive mechanism of China's firms has important strategic significance.The main study content and innovative points of the dissertation are as follows:1.This paper systematically reviews development history of our household appliances industry, thoroughly analyzes actuality and character, summarizes innovation paths, and indicates the reason of unsubstantial innovation capability. Accounting the character of our household appliances industry and function of innovation capability, this paper firstly establish innovation capability model based on "innovation investment layer", "enterprise layer" and "innovation outcome layer", through "innovation hard ability", "innovation soft ability" and "innovation executive ability" to comprehensively evaluate. This evaluation model is an innovation on innovation capability evaluation, providing some reference meaning on other evaluation fields.2.Summarizing the concept of enterprise innovation capability:guided by concept innovation, enterprise innovation capability consist with technology innovation, management innovation, marketing innovation and culture innovation. Each innovation have it's arrangement, and each layer have different function and effect to enterprise. High layer innovation provide far more benefits and advantages than low layer. Based on the experience, this dissertation educe that patent and national standard in technology innovation, innovation culture present the tiptop, which providing the highest innovation barrier and longest leading period.3.Through comparative research, this paper analyzes the character and limitation of all kinds of existing evaluation measure about innovation capability. Meanwhile, analyzes the virtue and limitation about evaluation index of innovation capability funded by previous scholar. This affords massiness base on establishing evaluation model and choosing evaluation measure.4.Based on summarizing previous study achievement of related Innovation capability, this paper disclose the essence and intension of innovation capability through analyzing it's character, constitution, arrangement and function. First qualitatively and quantitatively summarize the innovation barrier—pioneering advantages, induced by all kinds of innovation. This provides stability groundwork for evaluation enterprise innovation capability. Then analyze and compare the existing evaluation indexes and evaluation measures of innovation capability.
