E-business, as a fresh business model, has great potential to break the shackles of the original corporate strategy, change ompletely the operation of business processes, enhance the links of customers and suppliers and open up a new market. After adopting e-commerce and sucessfully implementing the tecknology, enterprises can enhance effectively the company's brand awareness and corporate image, reduce operating costs, improve the efficiency of the staff and provide more timely and complete after-sales service,so as to gain a competitive advantage in the fierce competition. With the more concern about the e-business technology, how to make it effuse effectively in the portential adopted enterises draws scholars extensive attention. E-business technology has the great potential to improve enterprise efficiency and promote inter-firm cooperation and win-win situation, but whether the potential can be realized depends on hoe users adopt and use the technology. As the end-user, whether enterprises can use the technology effectively decides its real value and impact. Nowadays internet-based e-business technology begins to be applied in China's enterprises with a variety of potential advantages, but the application level is very limited. Domestic and foreign scholars had carried out many studies and had also made some research results, but studies against the actual situation of China's enterprises are rare. Based on Innovation Diffusion Theory and Trust Theory, the paper combines many study topics, uses Technology-Organization-Environment(TOE) Framework and carries out an empirical study of the impact factors of the proliferation of e-business technology. It takes the proliferation of e-business technology as the object and analyses the impact factors and the function in the course of the diffusion of the internet-based e-business technology. It first defines the e-business technology and its diffusion, and then generalizes the composition of the diffusion system. It splits the diffusion course into two stages: technology adoption stage and technology integration stage. And then it analyses its influencing factors and their roles. It generalizes the factors into the technical factors, organizational factors and the environmental factors.Based on Rogers's innovation diffusion theory, the paper combines trust theory and technology-organization-environment research framework into a comprehensive model to study the diffusion impact factors and the role, and based on it, the paper further proposes the model's assumption. After the construction of conceptual model and proposition of research hypothesis, the empirical research scheme is designed with the following factors taken into consideration: selection of research target, questionnaire design, data collection, variable measurement and analysis method. Structural equation model's theorem and basic process are analyzed. Then, the measurement table of variables is constructed. And uses SPSS13.0 to carry out the line analysis of descriptive statistics and scale reliability and validity testing. The analysis shows that sample data corresponds with the actual situation. And the testing result shows that the study has a higher overall reliability and validity. To test the conceptual model and research assumption, the paper takes the empirical analysis the constructed theoretical model according to structural equation model analysis. And based on that, it proposes the theoretical model based on impact factors. And at the same time it makes comparison of relavant parameters with the amended original assumption model. Thereby it fixes its final theoretical model, and further analyzes the relavant content in the model according to the comparison between different models. Then it tests the assumption and discusses the reason. Finally, it proposes the suggestion to accelerate the proliferation of enterprise e-commerce technology. After empirical Analysis, the result shows that factors like scale, confidence in e-commerce technology, the support of senior managers and the relationship of trust between enterprises play a significant role on the adoption of e-business, and are closely related to the characteristics of e-commerce technology, the role of intermediary organizations and the business environment. The implementation phase is closely related to the characteristics of the enterprise itself, including the enterprise IT environment and the scale. The paper takes a comprehensive reference of the existing research results digging deeply the innovation diffusion theory. And based on that, it systematically proposes the conceptual model and research hypothesis of the influencing factors of the e-commerce technology diffusion. Research scheme is designed and data are analyzed. With the application of structural equation model, the conceptual model is analyzed and the hypothesized conditions are tested. As a result, the paper is theoretically innovative, while it is of significance in the guidance of practice.
