Electric power marketization reform is a profound transform on system and mechanism, which brought huge impact and challenge for traditional electric power industry, and there is a huge risk in the safe operation of power grid and power market. Through the study of power market simulation technology, multi-angle and overall process simulation of power market operation and qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation of market evolution process can be implemented. It provides theoretical guidance and technical support for the study of power market operation law, argumentation of power market theory and market rules, puts forward risk prevention and control strategy under the condition of power market to prevent and avoid market risks and ensure high efficient and reliable market operation.Electric power market is a complex adaptive system.The paper focuses on the theory of electricity market simulation research. Based on further study of complex adaptive system modeling and calculating economic theory, it put forward the basic arguments of power market simulation, laid a theoretical foundation for power market simulation. Through the general technology research of simulation modeling, as well as the summarization of the characteristics of power system and market, an electricity market simulation model which met the electricity market simulation test requirement is established and the basic steps and configuration content of simulation modeling is given. The paper also studied intelligent agent technology for simulating bidding behavior of power market members, reinforcement algorithm, such as Roth-Erve learning algorithm, Q-learning algorithm and rule reasoning algorithm is improved in the fields of parameter setting, strategy space generation and convergence with the corresponding mathematical model. The particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced into intelligent agent with the bidding strategies model on the basis of expected profit maximization.This paper studied the construction principle of electric power market evaluation index system. The general steps to establish evaluation index system of power market is proposed, and the task and solving method of each steps is illustrated. A power market evaluation index system of the evaluation of power market operation status, power generation bidding behavior as well as power purchase bidding behavior is set up with mathematical methods such as correlation analysis and clustering analysis is introduced into the quantitative analysis.This paper studied the technique of power market simulation platform, designed and developed power market simulation system based on the complex system muti-agent modeling technology. The system realized the multi-user, multi-angle and overall process power market simulation and fully support the real time simulation of power trading as well as the research analysis of continuous trading by using the polymorphic operation technology.Testing research of typical power market simulation is carried out on the power market simulation system, including the comparison of different intelligent agent algorithm, the impact on market stability and bidding strategies of power suppliers in different load level. The validity of the simulation system and intelligent agent algorithms is verified, and certain guiding significant conclusion is reached. At meantime, the united simulation of power market and power system under large-scale power grid environment considering the dynamic constraints is realized.
