The fundamental force of intensive use of land derived from the scarcity of land resources itself, but with the transformation of urban development stage, it will be faced the barrier of land shortage of "bottlenecks" and internal layout of the sub-optimal, that incremental (rigid) and stock (elasticity) problems. Naturally, when the incremental is difficult to meet the demand for land for urban development, the versatility of urban land use and urban land classification management and using will came into being. And also when we demand the incremental and stock in every possible way, to ensure ecological security and the harmonious development between man and nature is the gravity we must consider when intensively using urban land, because usual urban land use have been too much emphasis on playing as much as possible the output function of land, increasing investment and improving land utilization and the use of intensity have been used as a service to enhance land all production value, land reserved for ecological protection and ecological effects of urban land is also just as concerned about the play, rather than attention.Most importantly, part of the existing views think that the constraints and creation of ecological security are the key element, considered mostly in the intensive use of urban land at the later stage of urbanization, actually, the attention to ecological problems throughout any stage of city development, ecological environment background condition can grasp direction for the intensification of urban land use scenarios, and play a role in binding, in turn, the adjustment of urban land use structure and pattern also helps in the intensive use of urban land to create a good ecological environment. Therefore, under the ecological security constraint, the intensification of urban land use scenarios and adaptive model are priority areas in the future of coupling relationship with urban land use and ecological safety.The constraints and creation of ecological security are the key elements, considered mostly in the intensive use of urban land in the later stage of urbanization. We select Chongqing South coast District which belongs to part of the core group southwestern metropolis as a typical rock area, and follow the track "Basic Theory Mining-Evaluation of Ideas Building-Current Intensive Identify-Intensive Scenario Estimating-Intensive Model Building-Intensive response arrangement", we obtain the spatial and attribute date by using three remote sensing images, field reconnaissance, participate in interviews, existing literature date etc. Through the use of sum extraction, comb than, ecological time, principal component analysis and AHP etc, the scene of the intensive use of urban land under the constraints on the ecological security will be given to re-examine, and to give the appropriate response arrangements. At last, we achieved the following scientific understanding:(1)We reconstructed the basic theory system of urban land intensive use in the ecological security constraints. Making the "double filter" effect as the fundamental starting point of urban land intensive use, Focus on arrangements of the basic pattern of urban land use in location theory, correction of configured pattern in land rent theory, spatial transference_ of shape of the configured pattern in "points-axis" theory, "ecological-economic "coupling of disperse and concentration trend of land use in sustainable development and human land use coordination theory, etc,coordinate the flowing of population, economy, resources between the elements within the city and the surrounding in the furthers extent.(2)We developed the basic content of urban land intensive use under ecological security constraints. of The content of urban land intensive use under ecological security constraints aims to handle the relationship among "premise, approaches, objectives and protect" well, that is to say "ecological constraints, intensive fundamental": the macro-structure is reasonable, in view of optimization, parcel of land and highly intensive is there premise; increasing investment and reserving protection of the land is the way they achieve; intensive and eco-coupled "double filter" effect is their goal. Accordingly, comprehensive evaluation index system involving seven building blocks and four comprehensive standard evaluation bases is built.(3)We identified spatial characteristics and existing problems of urban land intensive use in typical area. It has formed a more complete commercial, residential, industrial and public facilities systems with a boundary of Nanshan, intensive use of urban land is higher, north area of Nanshan is the transition zone which is changing from urban landscape to village, contradictions of ecological protection and urban expansion is most prominent, tea new zone of Nanshan’s southeast area represent the new direction of urban land use coupled with the ecological safety in future. But in the whole structure of the occupation of land excessive consumption caused by eco-building,in addition to occupying intensive flooding of green cover, and that the construction process, untreated well the relationship of intensive use and the whole of intensive urban, land use in the storage has a larger proportion.(4)We understudied fully South coast District urban land intensive under the ecological security constraints on macro-level. The comprehensive evaluation score of intensive urban land of South coast District was lower 2.0 in 2003, belongs to low-intensive stage. Among them, the highest score was Nanping tour 1.757, as the core of built-up areas of South coast District, it’s land intensity was highest; the lowest was Huangjiaoya and Nanshan tours 1.330, natural environment extremely restricted their intensive use of land to improve scores; The score ofTwo groups-Waitangi area and Marble stone were 1.468 and 1.451, reflects the special nature of land use of the urban-rural transition zone and the old town.There is a high development of land intensive utilization of south part in 2009. The score of the utilization ratio of land intensive utilization of five parts is 2.706, in which, the utilization ratio of land intensive of Nanping part is still the highest, as high as 3.272. The part of Huangjiaoya and South Mountain is still the lowest, scores 2.180. The span of intensive has appeared between the part of Haitangi and Marble stone, the score of the utilization ratio of land intensive of two is2.180 and 2.800. The score of cha yuan new part has scope the score of utilization ratio of land intensive reaches 2.898.(5)We determined driving mechanism spatial differences of South coast District urban land intensive under the impact of ecological security constraints in macro-level. Accumulation and dispersion effects produced by Nanping tours play a role in the formation and evolution of the two groups-Waitangi area and Marble stone. Its accumulation of relatively strong industrial and commercial generated a lot of employment opportunities, and also had a new gravity to the two groups-Waitangi area and Marble stone. Iit’s expected economic benefits was significantly greater than the opportunity cost of rural labor from rural areas, and promote the progress of urbanization of two groups-Waitangi area and Marble stone. New Tea District is one of several city centers which determined just by Chongqing, has been done a detailed assessment and planning for the construction of the new district before beginning construction.(6)We refined South coast District urban land intensive use of scenarios under meso-scale. Although comprehensive evaluation score was 73.201, land use structure was more compact, and layout was very reasonable, Rongqiao Peninsula cloud summary report zone B was not so crowed, and belonged to an appropriate range of intensive use. However, the infrastructure in planning and design is perfect; actually, the use of some infrastructure is not high. Degree of intensive utilization of Tea Industrial Park is 60.336, which belongs to an appropriate range of intensive use. However, according to estimates based on remote sensing images, comprehensive volume ratio was 0.73, which was higher than the national minimum mark-0.5, but according to field trips, the park planning was reasonable generally after due consideration to the ecological benefits of land use.The comprehensive evaluation score of intensive land of Nanping Pedestrian Street was 65.651, and was in the appropriate use of the upstream stage. Its core-level business district had high intensity commercial land development, and urban commercial land area per capita and commercial business area per capita was low. The comprehensive evaluation score of intensive land of Jiangnan University City, which was in a low use stage, the reason is that the average rise of University City buildings is about 4.5 layers.(7)We constructed three models of the intensive use of South coast District urban land under the ecological security constraint: centralized parcel-overall intensive mode, dispersed groups-intensive mode along the axis and centralized-decentralized hybrid intensive mode, all of which are suitable for intensive use of South coast District urban land of the preferred mode. Centralized parcel-overall intensive mode which applied for the core area, extended area, secondary core area etc. in the heart of the city, aims to the intensive use of land within city tours. Dispersed groups-intensive mode along the axis emphasizes the space reserve and intensive using in multi-center tours, and is applied for the intensive use of land and the construction of ecological security between the core area, secondary core area, and between core area-Nanshan-New tea in South coast District. Centralized-decentralized hybrid intensive mode is the complex of taking into account the previous two intensive modes.(8) Arranged a countermeasure which conformed the fitness of the urban land intensive utilization of considering ecological security which adapts to the reality of south part. The urban land intensive utilization and the construction of ecological security of urban land intensive utilization should have the help of different kinds of angles of views, building multifunction of urban land utilization and the classification management and using of urban land.Even if, the using of urban land need to pay attention to human-nature harmony and eco-cycle, but it is very important to the division of the functions in urban land which is considering urban form and ecology background, it is the standard of defining of urban land utilization which is restrained by ecological security. While the classification management and using based on it is the best way in finding the balanced point between urban land intensive and ecological security.Human is the main part forged by mode selection of urban land intensive utilization and ecological security of urban land intensive utilization based on urban land intensive utilization. The cognition decision action decides if the goal of land intensive and ecological security could come true. So, in searching the balanced point between land intensive and ecological security, the main part of three is balanced in reforming of old city, which all need much main part is join and harmonize, such as diversified financing crossing the reform, Indicator Selecting of butt joint in property land replacement, the share of changes of land industry, etc, so that it could complete.The scientific understanding above-mentioned gained in the theoretical definition of "the connotation of ecological security constraints of urban land intensive use", especially the "double filter" effect in the intension, in line with the idea of coordinating urban and rural development in the new era of Chongqing, contribute to the enrichment of urban land use type conversion and the concept of optimal allocation in the period of economic transition; the construction of "comprehensive evaluation index system of urban land intensive use in ecological security constraints", including seven sections which is involved in the intensive use of urban land cover and ecological security, can be used comprehensive evaluation of urban land use and ecological safety of intensive coupling between scenes of the main eight urban districts. More importantly, the arrangements of the evaluation of evidence and adaptive pattern in the samples of South coast, take full account of the problems existing in intensive use of urban land area south and the transformation of urban form, comprehensive expansion at the macro level and middle-scale, in line with practical of intensive use of urban land and ecological safety in South coast area,which can be used to carry out evaluation of intensive use model of existing urban land and extending a sustainable model, ecological health of urban land intensive use of the new model’s construction of the main eight districts.
