Research On Evaluation Of Urban Land Intensive Utilization And Ecological Environment Coordination Degree

Land saving and intensive use is one of the important measures to promote sustainable development.Nowadays,land intensive use in China has become an important work of scientific management and control of land by the state and local governments.At the same time,unreasonable and inefficient land use has caused a series of ecological and environmental problems.Scientific land intensive use can improve the ecological environment,and a good ecological environment can not be separated from efficient land use.Therefore,land intensive use is one of the important contents of ecological civilization construction.Therefore,to discuss the coordinated development of land intensive use and ecological environment is helpful to reduce the contradiction and conflict between land use and ecological environment on the one hand,and to promote the construction of ecological civilization on the other hand.This study is supported by the three-stage theory of land intensive use development,ecological economics theory,and sustainable development theory.Based on the analysis of land intensive use and ecological environment status,it is established by constructing 9 first-level indicators and 28 second-level indicators.Using the comprehensive evaluation function,comprehensive evaluation index method and GIS spatial analysis method,the spatio-temporal change characteristics of the intensive land use level and land ecological environment in Dongsheng district from 1998 to 2018 were quantitatively analyzed.By constructing the coordination degree model and according to the evaluation standard of the coordination degree,the spatial and temporal characteristics of the coordination degree and the coordination level between the intensive land use and the ecological environment in Dongsheng district in recent 20 years were analyzed quantitatively,and the countermeasures for the coordinated development of the two were proposedbased on the above analysis results.The results are as follows:(1)From 1998 to 2018,the comprehensive score of land intensive use in Dongsheng district showed a trend of increasing year by year,and the change of land intensive use level was from high extensive to medium extensive to general intensive,which indicated that the land structure,utilization space and utilization intensity allocation in Dongsheng district changed from extremely unreasonable to more reasonable.The comprehensive score of land intensive use in towns and central urban areas is increasing year by year as a whole,the level of intensive use is increasing or decreasing in some parts,and the spatial difference tends to be obvious;in recent 20 years,the overall land ecological environment comprehensive index of Dongsheng district is increasing year by year,and the local fluctuation is different,the overall quality of land ecological environment is at the "general" level,and the local ecological environment quality is at the "poor" level ”State,unreasonable development and utilization of resources will greatly affect the regional ecological environment.The quality of land ecological environment in towns and central urban areas is on the rise as a whole,with differences in local increase and decrease,and obvious spatial differences.(2)From 1998 to 2018,the coordination degree of land intensive use and ecological environment in Dongsheng district has been in the trend of continuous improvement.The coordination degree type has changed from moderate imbalance to mild imbalance,and the coordination degree of the two is developing with a better trend.The coordination degree of townships and central urban areas tends to increase in general,and there are differences in local increase and decrease.In recent 20 years,the coordinated development degree of land intensive use and ecological environment in Dongsheng district has been on the rise,and the coordination level type has changed from being on the verge of maladjustment to barely coordinating.The coordinated development state is that in recent 20 years,the development of land ecological environment has priority over that of land intensive use In the future,we should avoid only focusing on single system development,andactively regulate the coordinated development of land intensive use and ecological environment,so as to realize the sustainable development of social economy in Dongsheng district.The coordinated development degree of towns and central urban areas shows an increasing trend,and the local increase and decrease are different.(3)The countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of land intensive use and ecological environment in Dongsheng district are as follows: Boerjianghaizi town belongs to the lagged area of land intensive use.In the future development,it is suggested to strengthen the farmland protection system,strictly implement the farmland occupation compensation balance system,improve the utilization rate of existing construction land in accordance with the planning,and promote the coordinated development of land intensive use and ecological environment;Hantai town and Tongchuan town belongs to the mild imbalance area of land intensive utilization lag.It is suggested to strengthen the renovation of construction land,improve the land utilization rate,coordinate the contradiction of ecological protection,agricultural production and urban construction,effectively implement relevant policies,and promote coordinated development;The central urban area belongs to the mild imbalance area of land ecological environment lag.It is suggested to use mountains,rivers,forests,lakes and grass The concept of life community is to strengthen ecological restoration,establish an environmentfriendly land use model,coordinate the harmonious development of human and nature,and ensure the coordinated development of society,economy and ecological environment in the central urban area.
