This dissertation focuses on the mehthod of mine-used equipment fault simulation, and has respectively built the dynamical models of mine-used heavy load reducer by centralized parameter method and virtual prototyping technology. The dynamic equations deduced by centralized parameter method are hard to solve due to its30DOF and lack of real values of stiffess and damping, while virtual prototyping model is easier to solve. This dissertation has built the virtual prototyping models of ML3PSF130-type reducer, and determined the suitable contact parameters. Meanwhile, serial models are reconstructed to simulate different fault with varied degree, and then carried out dynamic simulation under same conditions to find the characteristics of different fault. The results are then analyzied statistically, which deduced an error range table to identify gear fault quickly. At last, this dissertation has also analyzed the real vibration signal from the reducer application spot. The results are in consistent with the characteristic of shaft slight horizontal misalignment which exists in the reducer, and the results are also similar to the corresponding simulation results, thus prove the correctness of the virtual prototyping models built in this dissertation.
